Cork - Loane, Richard June 28, 1810 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Cork Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com May 28, 2018, 12:38 pm LOANE, RICHARD JUNE 28, 1810 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: June 28, 1810 Recorded: May 28, 2018 In the Name of God Amen I Richard Loane of the Town of Bandon in the County of Cork in that part of the United Kingdom called Ireland Surgeon being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding Do make and publish this my last Will and Testament I give devise and bequeath to my trusty and well beloved friends Thomas Biggs of Bandon Esqr and Anthony Connell of the City of Cork Esqr Barrister at Law and the survivor of them all my Estates of freehold real and personal of what nature and kind soever and wheresoever situate lying and being consisting of Lands Houses or Tenements Money Bonds Bills Notes Book accounts and all other my personal or worldly substance and effects in trust in the first place to pay off all my just debts and the legacies hereinafter mentioned and in the second place in trust for the use and benefit of my four daughters Margaret the Wife of the said Anthony Connell Ann Loane Mary Loane & Frances Loane in equal shares as tenants in common or otherwise to assign over or pay over the same to them and each of them when thereunto required Provided always and my Will is on this express condition that if the said Anthony Connell do & shall throw into the general fund of my property a certain bond debt of three hundred pounds and the interest thereof which Bond I executed to him on his marriage with my said daughter Margaret that then the said Margaret shall be entitled to one fourth part or share of all my property as aforesaid but in case the said Anthony Connell should not think proper to throw in the said Bond debt of three hundred pounds and the interest thereof to the general fund as aforesaid then I will & order that all my property of what nature or kind soever shall be equally divided amongst my said three other daughters Ann Mary and Frances Loane as tenants in common and in case of the death of any or either of my said three daughters Ann Mary and Frances before Marriage then I will and order the share of her so dying before Marriage shall go to her surviving Sisters in equal shares as tenants in Common I gave and bequeath to my dear Grand-daughter Emily Connell the sum of one hundred pounds Sterg to be managed for her by her father to the best advantage I give and bequeath to my seven Sons William Loane Richard Loane Boyle Loane Rowland Loane Mark Loane and George Loane the sum of ten pounds Sterg I give to my said Son William the Gold seal of my Arms And I constitute and appoint my said Daughters Residuary Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto and to a Counterpart thereof all of the same tenor and date put my hand and seal the twenty eighth day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ten R Loane (Attestation Clause) Ed: Cotter _ James Scott _ Richd Burchill 22 November 1834 Administration with Will annexed to the Reverend Richard Loane Connell Clerk lawfull Attorney for Mary Loane Spinster the Daughter and one of the Residuary Legatees the Executors having departed this life without proving the Will PCC Prob11/1838
