In the Name of God Amen I James Regan now of the City of 
Corke Mariner lately belonging to his Majesties Ship Stanton 
being sick and weak of Body but God be Praised of sound and 
disposing Mind and Memory Do make and publish this my last 
Will and Testament in manner following that is to say 
Principally I recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty 
God And my Body I commit to the Earth And as touching such 
Temporal Estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with I 
dispose thereof as followeth first I give and bequeath unto 
my Sister Ellinor Connolly three Guineas to be Paid her 
immediately after my decease if the same not be paid her 
before out of my Substance And all the rest residue and 
remainder of my Wages ready money Securities for money Goods 
Chattels and Worldly Substance of what kind or nature soever 
I give devise and bequeath unto my dearly beloved Wife 
Ellinor Regan and my honoured Mother Mary Connolly Wife of 
Daniel Connolly of the City of Corke Brewer to be equally 
divided between my said Wife and Mother in equal Proportions 
share and share alike And I do Nominate constitute and 
appoint Nicholas White of the City of Corke Clothier and 
John long of said City Gent Executors of this my last Will 
and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In 
Witness whereof I have hereto put my hand and Seal and do 
publish the same as my last Will and Testament this 27th Day 
of March 1749 forty nine _ James Regan his mark and Seal _ 
Signed sealed and Published in the Presence of us at Corke 
in Ireland where no Stamp'd is used _ Edward S... Victor
