I hereby revoke all Wills and Testamentary, dispositions by me ever heretofore made. I direct that my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease. I have devise and bequeath unto to my dear wife MAY LEGGET and to my daughter MARGARET ELIZABETH DAGG All my property Estate and effects Real and Personal Upon trust to pay the rents and profits dividends and income thereof to my said wife for life for her own use and beneft and from and after her decease Upon trust as o all my Real Chattel and Personal Estate and all Investments representing the same and the Capital and income thereof for the children or any child of my said daughter MARGARET ELIZABETH DAGG living at the decease of said wife who being a son or sons shall attain the age of twenty-one years or being daughter or daughters shall attain the age or marry and if more than one equal shares as tenants in Common. I appoint my said wife and my said daughter MARGARET ELIZABETH DAGG Trustee and Executors of this my Will in Witness whewreof I have unto subscribed my name this Twenty-ninth day of September One Thousand Nine Hundred and Five WILLIAM LEGGETT signed THE SAID WILLIAM LEGGETT as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both being present at the same tme who at his request in his presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses WILLIAM GENLTON, Solictor and EVENLY CARTER, Law Clerk.
