This is a photo of an Isobel Clamentine Bell from Kings Road
in house 31.(Pottinger (Part of) Down). The photo was taken
in 1917. In the 1911 Irish census It has the family as being
Presbyterian. She was born in Belfast according to the
census record. This is one of around 400 photos that Tommy
Byers has in a photo album that he gave to me back in 1975.
