Down, Ireland - February 14, 1790 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Down Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunningros.dunning@outlook.com COUNTY DOWN WILL - MCCULLY, SAMUEL FEBRUARY 14,1790 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: February 14, 1790 In the Name of God Amen I Samuel McCully Surgeon of his Majesty's Ship Narcisses but of the Parish of Newton in the County of Down Ireland being sick and weak in Body but of sound mind memory and understanding Do make and Publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following to wit I give and bequeath unto my two Nephews William Orr and Thomas McCully all my wearing Apparel to be equally divided between them both Also I give devise and bequeath to my beloved Brother William McCully of Newton Ards my Watch and two Silver Table Spoons with all the Books belonging to me Also I give and bequeath to my beloved Sister Ann Pattin all my Table Linnen and Bedding of the Cott with the Coarse and fine Linnen belonging thereto to be found in the Chest After all Lodging and funeral Expences are paid if any Cash should remain It is my Will and Desire that my beloved Uncle John McCully shall have power to draw from Messrs Thomas and William Mand my Agents the small sums due to me for the use of my Sister aforesaid and her Children I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved Brother and John McCully my uncle aforesaid whole and sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will and Wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this fourteenth day of February in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety.
