Above is a representation of a high alter, with a cross and four candles above, and a cross with lamb on the front, on each side a communion cup:- Jas: DOYLE Gloria in Excelsis Deo SHEANS, Rathdrum | [sculptor's name] Erected by Daniel CARR of Dalkey in memory of his beloved wife | Catherine CARR who depad this life | May 10th 1846 Aged 86 years. There is then a blank space, and at the bottom, “Requiescant in pace” Evidently D. Inscription very clearly cut:- Here lieth the Body of Garrett | KELLY son of Michael and Martha KELLY of Montague | Street who departed this | Life 21st July 1808 | Aged 16 Years | Also of their Daughter Mary | Aged 8 years. ____________________________ Upright slab.
