Newspaper: Dublin Gazette, 8 May 1731 - Advertisement *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Dublin Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Mary Heaphy DUBLIN GAZETTE, 8 MAY 1731 - ADVERTISEMENT Whereas Dennis KELLY and Adam WARD, of the Parish of Garristown, in the County of Dublin, and Edmond HOEY, of Painstown, in the County of Meath, were accused by James Kelly, who is to be executed tomorrow at St. Stephen's Green, of stealing the horses of Phillip MURPHEY, and Denis DOWLING, of the Parish of Garristown, aforesaid. Now I the said James KELLY do declare the above named persons were never guilty of the said facts of which I accused them. Dated Newgate, May 11th 1731. James KELLY.
