Will: Donnelly, Mathew January 7, 1856 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Dublin Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com June 3, 2018, 3:00 am Source: National Archives Kew England Written: January 7, 1856 Recorded: June 3, 2018 In the Name of God Amen I Mathew Donnelly of Summerfield House in the County of Dublin Hosier do make and publish my last Will and Testament as follows I give devise and bequeath my houses buildings and premises in Little Strand Street in the City of Dublin unto my eldest son William Donnelly and his assigns for and during the term of his natural life I give and bequeath unto my second son Thomas Donnelly the sum of Two thousand five hundred pounds which is secured to me by a Mortgage from Mr Walter Doolan of his houses and premises in Westland Row in the City of Dublin together with the said Mortgage and all my estate and interest in the said Mortgages premises in Westland Row aforesaid I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth McCarthy Wife of Denis Florence McCarthy the sum of two thousand pounds sterling And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my real freehold and personal estates property and estates property and effects I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my dearly beloved wife Bridget Donnelly her heirs executors administrators and assigns to and for her & their own absolute use and benefit And hereby I nominate the said Wife and my friend Mr Richard Cathcart of Baggott Street Dublin Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament Witness my hand this 7th day of January 1856 Mathew Connolly Signed by the Testator in the presence of us who have in his presence and in presence of each other subscribed our names as Witnesses hereto Fredk Robt Jones _ Richd Cathcart Proved at London 22 February 1856 Prob11/2227
