Will: Kelly, Mary June 30, 1707 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Dublin Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com December 21, 2019, 7:09 am KELLY, MARY JUNE 30, 1707 Source: National Archives London Written: June 30, 1707 Recorded: December 21, 2019 In the Name of God Amen I Mary Kelly of Colledge Green in Dublin Widow considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time of it and being in perfect health and of sound memory thanks be to God do make this my last will and Testament Imprimis I bequeath my soul to God my body to be decently buried in a plain Oak Coffin by my Executor I give and bequeath to Mr Charles Grolser Mr Gunter's Bond for fifty pounds with all the interest thereof and in case of his death to his Daughter Jane Grolser I give and bequeath to Mr Thomas Coake of Carrish two Pictures with gilt Oval frames one of them being his own picture I give and bequeath unto Mrs Tomlin twenty shillings to buy a Ring and to Mrs Sarah Whitesides twenty shillings for a Ring and to Mrs Mason ten shillings together with the second best suite of Cloaths I have I give and bequeath to Mrs Sarah Clifford ten Shillings I give and bequeath to Mrs Mary Clifford Widow my Picture which hangs over the Chimney together with the small blank Cabinet in the room I give and bequeath to Mrs Cheshire ten shillings for a ring together with the square Picture of Mary Magdalen I give and bequeath unto Betty Donavan my bible whatever remains after the aforesaid Legacies together with all debts due to me I give and bequeath to Mrs Jane Grolser whom I appoint my Executor and by her desire all my debts to be paid as witness my hand and seal this thirtieth day of June one thousand seven hundred and seven 1707 Mary Kelly signed and sealed in the presence of us Thomas Cooke _John Lambertt _ Frances White Proved at London 10 June 1720 PCC Prob11/574
