Will: Molloy, Dominick May 16, 1752 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Dublin Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com August 27, 2017, 6:26 am MOLLOY, DOMINICK MAY 16, 1752 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: May 16, 1752 Recorded: August 28, 2017 In the Name of God Amen I Dominick Molloy of the City of Dublin Merchant do make and ordain my last Will and Testament in manner and form following Item after paying all my just and lawful debts I give and devise all the real and personal Estate I am intitled unto in right of my wife in Jamaica unto Valentine Browne of the city of Dublin Brewer my uncle and to his heirs executors and administrators upon this Trust and confidence nevertheless that he the said Valentine Browne shall alien and sell and dispose of the same and the moneys arising by the sale thereof to lay out the same at interest and such and produce thereof to give and pay to my wife Elizabeth Molloy during her natural Life and after her decease the principal money to be by him equally divided between my brother John Molloy and sister Margaret Molloy Item I give devise and bequeath the remainder of my said fortune or Estate which I shall dye possessed of here or elsewhere to my said brother and sister share and share alike and of this my last Will and Testament I constitute and appoint the said Valentine Browne my sole Executor hereby revoking and disannulling all former Wills whatsoever declaring this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this 16th day of May 1752~ Domk Molloy signed sealed and declared in the presence of _Tho: Ash _ Edwd Atkinson _ Jer: Curtis 16 November 1754 Administration with Will annexed to Charles Scrase Attorney to John Molloy the brother Valentine Browne having renounced execution PCC Prob11/812
