HENRY VESEY FITZGERALD Baron FITZGERALD, and VESEY, of the first part, MICHAEL JOSEPH BROWNE, Esq., second part, and GEORGE WILLIAM BOLTON, Esq. (Receiver in the cause of GREVILLE against BROWNE), third part, at the yearly rent of �92s. 6s. 2d., payable half yearly, on 1st May and 1st November, over and above all taxes, charges, subsidies, and impositions, in which deed there is a covenant by said MICHAEL JOSEPH BROWNE, for himself, his heirs, and assigns, not to permit or suffer any waste to be committed on the premises.
