IRISH NAMES. Underneath are laid the remains of SOPHIA BLAKELY, third daughter of the Very Rev. THEOPHILUS BLAKELY, Dean of Connor [afterwards of Achonry, and then of DOWN], in Ireland, who died in Cheltenham on the 13th of July, 1816, aged 16 years; affording to her mourning family & friends a consolation & example in the purity of her life, & the piety & resignation of her death. This tablet is inscribed to her memory by a sister who loved her, and whom she loved. Sacred to the memory of Mrs ANNE EYRE, wife of Colonel GILES EYRE, of EYRECOURT CASTLE, COUNTY GALWAY, Ireland, who departed this life February 20th. 1817, aged 38 years. This tomb is erected as a tribute to her memory by her youngest daughter, Eleanor Ann Disney. Sacred to the memory of PATRICK MAITLAND, Esq. of Kilmaron Castle, Cupar, Fifeshire, N.B., who departed this life at Cheltenham on the 29th January, 1821, aged 48 years. Also to that of ANNE, widow of the above, who died also at Cheltenham October 25th 1852, aged 67 years. Also to the memory of Mary Augusta Morris Reade, third daughter of the late William Morris Reade, Esq. of Rossenarra, Co. KILKENNY, Ireland, & granddaughter of the above. She died at Cheltenham on the 9th October, 1852, aged 13 years. SAMUEL JACOB, Esq. of MOBARNON, COUNTY OF TIPPERARY, Ireland, who departed this life at Cheltenham Aug. 10th.1822, aged 68 years. To the revered memory of the best of men and tenderest of parents this humble tribute of filial love is dedicated by his still sorrowing daughter, ANNA ALICIA TAYLOR, March 21st. 1833. Also of the above Anna Alicia Taylor, widow of NATHANIEL TAYLOR, Esq. of NOAN, CO. TIPPERARY. Died September 9th. 1867, aged 80 years. ELIZA G. HART, eldest daughter of LT. GEN. HART, M.P. Co. DONEGAL. Died on Good Friday, the 28th of March, 1823. Underneath this stone are deposited the remains of AMELIA STEWART, daughter of THOMAS L. STEWART, Esquire, and Amelia, his wife, of Belfast. She departed this life on the 25th of March, 1825, in her sixteenth year. Sacred to the memory of Lieut. Col. DENNIS HARMAN DALTON, of the Hon. East India Company's Bengali Establishment, who departed this life Jan 17th 1827, aged 56 years. Underneath are interred the remains of ELIZABETH FRANCES, relict of the late H. H. KIRWAN, of CREGG, Ireland, Esq. Died Nov. 18th 1827, aged 62 To the memory of MARGARET MONSELL, who died at Cheltenham the 13th of December, 1828. This tomb is erected by her affectionate nephew, THOMAS O'GRADY. Sacred to the memory of JOSEPHA FRANCES HART, second daughter of JOHN HART, Esq. of BALLYMACARRON, COUNTY OF DOWN, Ireland, who died at Cheltenham June 3rd. 1845, aged 14 years. Sacred to the memory of OLIVER CARY, [sometime] ARCHDEACON OF ELPHIN. Died 24th May, 1846, aged 94. Also CATHARINE, wife of the REVEREND ARCHDEACON CARY. Obiit 12th December, 1844, Aged 81. Also of EDWARD, third son of the late CAPT. SAMUEL WYNDOWE, of the 1st Royal Dragoons, who died 29th July, 1837, aged 7 years. In memory of EMILY MARIA HORNIDGE, of TULFARRIS, BLESINGTON, IRELAND, and late of Battledown House, in this parish, who died Jan 10th. 1853, in the 58th year of her age. In memory of OLIVER, fifth son of COGHILL CRAMER, ESQUIRE, CO. CARLOW, Ireland, who departed this life at Cheltenham May 2nd 1861, aged 86 years. Also of ANNE, relict of MATTHEW COLEMAN, Esq. Co. Dublin, and last surviving daughter of COGHILL CRAMER, ESQ. Co. Carlow, Ireland, who died at Cheltenham Feb 1st. 1866, aged 81 years. Sacred to the memory of HAMILTON ARCHIBALD EVANS, third son of NICHOLAS EVANS, ESQ. of NEWTOWN, DONERAILE, Ireland, who departed this life 3rd March, 1863, aged 15 years. Sacred to the memory of ANNE WESTROPP, widow of THOMAS WESTROPP, Esquire, of Ross House, in the County of CLARE, who died at Cheltenham on the 14th June, 1863, aged 82. And of her two sons: THOMAS JOHNSTON WESTROPP, who died at Madeira on the 8th April, 1838, aged 20 years and 11 months, and whose remains were removed thence by his fond mother, and deposited in this tomb the 15th Aug. 1844 ; and BRYAN SHEEHY KEATING, by her first husband, JOHN KEATING, Esquire, who died 19th February, 1824, aged 12 years. Sacred to the beloved memory of WILLIAM SANDES, ESQ. OF SALLOWGLIN, Co. KERRY, Ireland, who died January 16th , 1867, aged 67. Sacred to the memory of HENRIETTA MARIA NIXON, of Birdlip House, Cheltenham, fourth daughter of JOHN NIXON, ESQ. OF CHAPELIZOD, CO. DUBLIN. Died March 2nd , 1869, aged 83. In memory of MARY KATHERINE, wife of MAJOR GEN.THOMAS KNOX, R.A. Entered into rest 15 Feb. 1873. Born 26 Dec. 1830. In memory of IDA MARY EDMUNDA, only daughter of Major Gen. Thos Knox, R.A., and MARY KATHERINE, his wife. She entered into rest Sept. 10th 1874. Born Dec. 8th 1856.
