BIRTHS.

On the 5th inst, in Merrion Square, North, the lady of 
Doctor CORRIGAN, of a daughter.

On the 5th inst, in Cork, the lady of Paul LIMRICK, Esq, 
Solicitor, of a son.

On the 1st inst, at Laurel Hill, Coleraine, the lady of 
Henry KYLE, Esq, of a son.

On the 31st ult, at Ardverness Cottage, Macosquin, the lady 
of the Rev. George CRAIG, of a son.

On the 29th ult, the lady of Frederick CAMPBELL, Esq., of 
Ballyhenry House, Co. Wicklow, of a daughter.

At Axminister, the lady of Lieut. Colonel BATTY, late of the 
Grenadier Guards, of a son, who survived only a few hours.

MARRIAGES.

On the 4th inst, in Waterford, the Rev. James HEWETSON, of 
Newry, to Frances, only daughter of the late Francis P. 
CHERRY, of Waterford, Esq.

On the 2nd inst, Dr. MALCOLMSON, of Banbridge, to Ellen, 
only daughter of Alexander KNOX, Esq., of Dromore.

On the 2nd inst, at Aughrim, Walter DAVIES, Esq, eldest son 
of the late Thomas DAVIES, Esq., of Roslevin or Rostevin, 
Co. Clare, to Susanna, only daughter of Captain Robert 
DAVIES, of Fahy, Co. Galway.

On the 1st inst, at Jerviston House, George Willoughby 
HEMANS, Esq, eldest son of Captain and the late Mrs HEMANS, 
to Ann Cunison, second daughter of the late Major DRYSDALE 
of Jerviston.

DEATHS.

On the 3rd inst, at Newcastle, Co. Limerick, John Keating 
SHEEHY, Esq, third son of the late Edward SHEEHY, esq., of 
Ballintubber House, and nephew to Lieut-General, Sir Henry 
SHEEHY KEATING, K.C.B.

On the 4th inst, of Typhus Fever, aged 26 years, Thomas, 
third son of John HYNES, Esq, of New Quay, Co. Clare.

On the 2nd inst, at Seamount, near Kinvara, Co. Galway, 
Nicola, wife of Captain Theobald BUTLER.

On the 24th ult, of Hooping Cough, Alfred, aged 5 years, and 
on the 1st inst, Theodore, aged 2 years, sons of Professor 
YOUNG, of the Belfast College.

On the 28th ult, suddenly of apoplexy, at Lisnadill, near 
Armagh, Dr. John O'TOOLE, aged 55 years, formerly Assistant 
Surgeon of the 24th Regiment.

At Portpatrick, aged 58 years, Captain LITTLE, of the Royal 
Navy, agent for her Majesty's steam packet station, at that 
Port.

On the 22nd ult, after a few days illness, aged 104 years, 
Mr. Arthur BROWN, of Upper Leiter, near Kilmacrenan, Co. 
Donegal.

On the 15th Dec, at Montreal, Canada, Robert SWEENEY, esq., 
son of the late Campbell SWEENEY, Esq, formerly of Belfast.

At Nottingham, aged 18 years, Julia, daughter of Henry 
HIGGINS, Esq, of the 7th Dragoon Guards.

On the 4th inst, at Littlehampton, Sussex, Elizabeth, widow 
of Robert BLAKE, Esq., M.P. for Arundel.
