Year 1686 Subsequent to a former address four years past, immediately after the decease of RICHARD TWISS, it was his pleasure to allow her five pounds yearly to be paid by his agent. Now though his orders for payment have come(if she be not misinformed) to Edward Kenney esq. ,his agent, she has not received any part of it. Moreover her husband had set the farm of KILLINTERNA according to rent of 26 pounds yearly, and his farm being now raised to 38 pounds renders her son, RICHARD TWISS (with whom in a mesne estate she is cohabitant) incapable to maintain her. Her husband waited on him in England, and the tediousness of journey home to KERRY, with old age, brought him into a sickness whereof he died. Is now in her ninetieth year. Additional Comments: I doubt 90th year. Last child born 1650. Probably 80 years Source: HERBERT CORRESPONDENCE
