And that said William MAYBURY, his heirs and assigns, should have liberty yearly and every year, during the said demise, to cut turf, on the bog of Reen, or some other bog on his the said Thomas BROWN'S Estate, in the county of Kerry, in some convenient place or part thereof, as the said Thomas BROWN, his heirs and assigns, or principal Agent, for the time being should appoint and direct, and not otherwise; the said William MAYBURY, his heirs and assigns, paying unto the said Thomas BROWN, his heirs and assigns, at the rate of 8s. the acre, for such liberty.
