In the Name of God Amen I Patrick Driscoll Ordinary
Seaman belonging to His Majesty's Ship Weymouth No
on Ship's Books 97 and now a Patient in the Royal
Hospital at Plymouth being of a sound and disposing
Mind and Memory and considering the Uncertainty of
this transitory Life do for avoiding Controversies after my
Decease make publish and declare this my last Will and
Testament in manner following that is to say first I
recommend my Soul to God that gave it And my Body I
commit to the Earth or Sea as it shall Please God to order
and as for and concerning all my Worldly Estate I give
bequeath and dispose thereof That is to say all my
Wearing Apparel Wages Sum and Sums of Money Land
Tenements Goods Chattels and Estate whatsoever as
shall be any Ways due owing or belonging unto me at the
time of my Decease I give devise and bequeath the same
unto my beloved Brother John Driscoll Husbandman now
residing at Kellelan Cahirs Parish of Ivereagh in the
County of Kerry Ireland and unto his Heirs Executors
Administrators and Assigns for ever and I do hereby
nominate and appoint my beloved Brother John Driscoll
aforesaid my sole Executor of this my last Will and
Testament hereby revoking all former Wills Testaments
and Deeds of Gift by me at any time heretofore made In
Witness whereof to this my said Will I have set my Hand
and Seal this twenty fifth Day of June 1807 and in the
forty seventh Year of the Reign of His Majesty King
George the Third Over the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Ireland and so forth Patrick Driscoll Signed

Lieutenant ; Richard Beddeck Agent ; W F Willcock Agent
Clerk; belonging to the Royal Hospital at Plymouth
