WILLS: HEALEY, DANIEL JANUARY 29, 1840

In the Name of God Amen I Daniel Healy of Killarney in
the County of Kerry Labourer being weak of body but of
sound mind memory and understanding do execute and
make this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all
former Wills and Codicils of Wills made by me Whereas I
have been bequeathed by my Uncle John Healy of the
City of London Tailor a sum of money the exact amount
of which I have been as yet unable to ascertain and in
order to prevent any litigation or trouble among my wife
and children as well as to secure to them the said money
I leave and bequeath the same unto my wife Catherine
Healy my sons Thade Healy William Healy Peter Healy
and Cornelius Healy and to my daughters Mary Healy
and Catherine Healy share and share alike that is to say a
seventh part to each I constitute and appoint Messr John
Dunn John Rearden and David William Murphy all of
Killarney aforesaid Executors to this my last Will and
Testament Daniel Healy X his Mark

Proved at London 30 May 1840 to John Riorden (in the
Will written Rearden) John Dunn and David William
Murphy renouncing 28 November 1862 Administration
with Will annexed of Personal Estate of Daniel Healy who
died on or about 30 January 1840 left unadministered by
John Riordan to George Guterres lawful Attorney of
Catherine Healy Relict of deceased now residing at South
Weymouth Massachusetts United States of America
