Wills: Weekes, William October 6, 1775 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Kerry Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com March 9, 2019, 2:06 pm WILLS: WEEKES, WILLIAM OCTOBER 6, 1775 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: October 6, 1775 Recorded: March 9, 2019 In the Name of God Amen I William Weekes the Younger of Tralee in the County of Kerry being of sound mind and memory by Weak in body Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I leave and bequeath to my beloved Father William Weekes All and singular the Lands Tenements Estates and Interest Real and Personal which I am or may be entitled unto of every nature and kind whatsoever in Great Britain or Ireland either in Possession Reversion or remainder subject in the first place to the Payment of my Debts and also Subject to the Sum of two hundred pounds Sterling which I Will and bequeath to my two Sisters Bridgett and Anna Maria to be equally divided share and Share alike between them to and for their own Sole and seperate use and behoof without any Jurisdiction Command Claim or Demand of their Husbands And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Father and James Roche of Pillmore in the County of Corke Gent sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all other and former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have in the presence of three Witnesses hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of October 1775 five Willm Weekes (Attestation Clause) Robt Collis _ Robert Payne _ John So…..
