Wills: Dunn, Daniel April 30, 1751 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Kildare Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com February 25, 2018, 2:23 pm WILLS: DUNN, DANIEL APRIL 30, 1751 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: April 30, 1751 Recorded: February 25, 2018 In the Name of God Amen I Daniel Dunn of the County of Kildare in the Kingdom of Ireland being now weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding and knowing that it is appointed for all Men once to dye but considering the uncertainty of the time thereof do make constitute and appoint this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say first and Principally I commit my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping through the Intercession of my Blessed Redeemer to find Pardon for all my Sins my Body to the Earth there to be decently Interred according to the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named And as for such worldly Goods with which it hath pleased God to bless me with whether Money Plate Jewels Bonds Household furniture Wearing Apparel and every thing else of what nature or kind soever I may dye possessed of I will and bequeath the same unto my loving Wife Catherine Dunn whom I appoint constitute and ordain my whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament willing and requiring her to pay or cause to be paid my loving Sister Mary Freeman the Sum of One Shilling within one Month after my decease And as for all the rest or residue of which I may at my death be possessed of I will and bequeath all and every thing of what nature or kind soever I may be blessed with unto my abovesaid loving Wife Catherine Dunn whom I hereby appoint whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills by me at any time made Declaring ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this thirtieth day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty one Daniel Dunn his Mark (Attestation Clause) Wm Carpenter _ Wm Garner Proved at London 11 May 1751 PCC Prob11/787
