NEWSPAPER: 21 JAN 1792 - REPEAL OF PENAL LAWS - R.C. SIGNERS

At a general meeting of the Roman Catholics of the
County and City of Kilkenny, James Fitzpatrick in the
chair--Resolved--That an application be made for a
repeal of the Penal Laws against Roman Catholics, as
prudent and expedient.

Signed James Fitzpatrick and 80 more Gentlemen.

At General meetings of the Roman Catholic
inhabitants of the County Kilkenny in the following
Parishes, it was resolved that they approve of, and
entirely agree with the Address and Resolutions of
the Roman Catholics in the City of Kilkenny.
