2, 2018 In the Name of God Amen I Peter Forestal of Castlebanny in the County of Kilkenny Gentleman being weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding thanks be to God Do make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will or Wills heretofore made by me I hereby leave devise and bequeath all my property both real personal and chattel money in the funds or otherwise that I may die seised possessed of or entitled to and all other property of whatever nature kind or description both now or hereafter that I may be entitled to my brother John Forestal and Kamy Purcell Solicitor for the uses trusts and purposes hereinafter mentioned and none other To pay thereout a sum of three hundred pounds to each of my sisters Honoria, Elenor, Anastasia and Margaret without interest in the following manner and not to be subject to the debts control or interference of their respective husbands but to be paid to themselves upon their own receipt only, one hundred pounds of said bequest to be paid to said Honoria in one year, one hundred pounds in two years and the third one hundred pounds to be paid to her in six years after my death without interest for the same one hundred pounds of said bequest to be paid to my sister Elenor in three years, another hundred pounds in seven years and the third one hundred pounds to be paid to her in ten years after my decease without interest one hundred pounds of said bequest to be paid to my sister Anastasia in four years, another hundred pounds in eight years and the third one hundred pounds to be paid to her in eleven years after my decease without interest one hundred pounds of said bequest to my sister Margaret to be paid to her in five years one hundred pounds in nine years and one hundred pounds in twelve years after my decease without interest in the meantime on anyof the said bequests and in the event of all or any of my sisters dying before their respective legacies shall become payable then my Will is that such bequest or such part of it as shall be unpaid to them or any of them shall be paid to their respective issue share and share alike one hundred pounds sterling to be paid to my nephew James Keily without interest within fourteen years after my decease on his attaining the age of twenty one years one hundred pounds sterling to be paid to my nephew Malachy Keily without interest within fourteen years after my decease one hundred pounds to be paid to my nephew John Coby without interest on his attaining the age of twenty one years four hundred pounds without interest to be paid to my sister Joanna Forestal on her marriage as a fortune provided she marries with the consent in writing of her brother John Forestal which sum of four hundred pounds includes the sum of one hundred pounds sterling left to her by the Will of her Father so that if she claims under her Father's Will for said hundred pounds then she is only to be paid three hundred pounds sterling and in the event of her claiming interest on said one hundred pounds left to her by the Will of her Father then and in that case whatever sum she claims for interest is to be deducted from the said sum of three hundred pounds and she is then to be paid only the balance that will remain of the three hundred pounds after deducting said interest money and my Will is that if the said Joanna Forestal shall marry without the consent in writing of her brother John then and in such case she is only to be paid whatever sum she may be entitled to under her Father's Will and the remaining part of said sum I directed to be paid to her shall go in gavel amongst her sisters Honoria, Elenor, Anastasia and Margaret share and share alike and if any of them should die before the same should vest then the share of the sister dying shall go to the issue of the sister so dying share and share alike I direct my trustees to pay a sum of five pounds sterling for a period of seven years to my brother John Forestal which sum he is to distribute among such of the poor of the parish of Ballyhale as he may consider objects of Charity I leave a sum of twenty five pounds sterling to my Solicitor Mr Kamy Purcell and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my property I leave the same to my brother John Forestal to his care and protection I commit my dear Mother and I hereby appoint him my residuary Legatee
