1. Deed, dated 9th April, 1835, between WILLIAM BROWNE, of
Browneshill, in the county of Carlow, of the first part;
ROBERT CLAYTON BROWNE, of the same, of the second part;
Crofton Vandeleur, of Kilrush, in the county of Clare, and
Francis Hamilton, of Slane, in the county of Meath, of the
third part; and JOSEPH DEANE BROWNE of Browneshill aforesaid,
and HANS JAMES HAMILTON, of Dominick-street, in the city of
Dublin, of the fourth part: whereby, in order to bar and
extinguish all estates tail, in consideration of 10s., and for
the purpose of conveying, limiting, and assuring the premises
to the uses, intents, and purposes, contained in a marriage
settlement, dated 23rd October, 1834, said WILLIAM BROWNE and
ROBERT CLAYTON BROWNE granted, sold, and assigned to said
Crofton Vandeleur and Francis Hamilton, the town and lands of
Bendenstown, Gilbertstown, Gananleen otherwise Ganninshanleen,
and part of Kilnock and Emlicon, Carrickslaney, otherwise
Carrickmisleny, otherwise Carricklaney, Ahade, Ballygarret,
otherwise Ballymalden, otherwise Sandbrook, county of Carlow;
the house, outhouses, and plot, wherein. JOHN BROWNE formerly
dwelt, situate near Tullogate, in the parish, town and county
of Carlow, fronting and bounding to the street, on the south,
102 feet within the gate, and 157 feet without the gate;
Harvey's plot, fronting Tullow-street, 57 feet in front;
Chapelstown, now called Browneshill, and Oldgrange, part of
the lands of Carlow, containing 524 acres, in the parish and
county of Carlow ;-two parcels of land in the Graige, parish
of Killeshin, Queen's County, containing 152 acres;–that -
part of the manor of Donacomper, lands of Donacomper, old St.
Woolstanes, new St. Woolstanes, Parsonstown, Newbridge, and
the commons thereunto belonging, called Donacomperor the
commons of Lyons, with right of pasturage belonging to the
said lands of Donacomper; also the lands of Cooldrina
otherwise Cooldrena, Spintenamore, and Hills holding,
otherwise Hillsborough, with right of pasturage on the
aforesaid commons, containing 183 acres and 6 perches, in the
parish of Cellbridge, counties of Kildare and DUBLIN : To hold
unto said CROFTON VANDELEUR and FRANCIS HAMILTON, to the uses,
intents, and purposes expressed, contained, and declared in
the said settlement ; which said deed also contains the
appointment of JOSEPH DEANE BROWNE and HANS JAMES HAMILTON,
protectors of said settlement, in place of the said WILLIAM
BROWNE and ROBERT CLAYTON BROWNE. — Inrolled 18th April, 1835.

2. Deed, dated 2nd May, 1835, between ARTHUR FRENCH of Tyrone,
in the county of Galway, of the first part; CHRISTOPHER ST.
GEORGE of the second part; and PATRICK FRENCH, of Fitzgibbon-
street, in the county of Dublin, of the third part: whereby,
for the purpose of barring and docking all estates tail, and
in consideration of 10s., said CHRISTOPHER ST. GEORGE, with
the consent of the said ARTHUR FRENCH ST.GEORGE, granted,
bargained, and sold unto said PATRICK FRENCH, the towns and
lands of Tyrone, Rinlihane otherwise Rahanina, Ballyvolane,
Lackane, Ringillane, Killeen otherwise Kelleene, Rincarn,
Ballinderreene, Mulrogue otherwise Moolrooge, Pullagh
otherwise Pollogh, Reneowel, Karrowkeel, Eisterboy, Rinscla,
Toghereer otherwise Togheree, Ballinderreenbeg, Moorenekela,
Ballyclery otherwise Lissineprehane Ballylery,
Ballyneskertane, Shanballymore, Knagery,Lissineprighane,
Lissereagh, Gortaboy, Lissineelane, Toureenagala otherwise
Loughane, Cloongragh, Beaghmore with the tithes,
Gortanaba, Urely otherwise Oracly with the tithes, Ower east
and west, in the county of Galway; the Abbey and lands of Ross
otherwise Rossreal, Ballybane, Ardnasallagh 1 quarter;
Annaghkeelane half a quarter; Magherymore and Gortaghateer 4
quarters; Derradda half a quarter; Godreagh and Arderry 1
quarter; Corraghduff 5 cartrons; Gortneshinane 1 cartron;
Corranemore half a quarter; Drim 1 quarter; Kill 1 quarter;
Lettermore 1 quarter; Trabane 1 quarter; Coggil 1 quarter;
Derryoughter 1 cartron; Polleeny I cartron; Eighterard and
Oughterard 2 quarters; Portacareenbeg, Rinnerune, 10 acres in
Fogh; Doone half a quarter; Dauras half a quarter;
Torinahoona, Glinbrickin l cartron; Laughanlaughery, Barnanang
1 quarter; patches of Aughrus, called Gortnakeeragh and
Ruxhinamuck,in said county; — Keelsguebeg and Keeloguemore, in
the county of Leitrim ;-Ballyfoyle, Killeen, and Kilaban,
containing 1,017 acres, in the QUEEN's County : To hold unto
said Patrick French, in trust, to the use of said CHRISTOPHER
ST. GEORGE, his heirs and assigns for ever, subject to the
life estate of said. ARTHUR FRENCH ST.GEORGE, and all the
powers and authorities vested in him by deed, bearing date the
22nd day of November, 1801.—Inrolled 5th May, 1835.

3. Deed, dated 7th May, 1835, between Sir GEORGE COCKBURN, of
Shanganagh, in the county of Dublin of the first part; the
Rev. GEORGE COCKBURN, of the same, of the second part ; and
Charles Andrew Caldwell, of Audley-square, in the county of
Middlesex, and ARTHUR RIALL, of Westgrove, in the county of
Tipperary, of the third part: whereby, for the purpose of
barring and extinguishing all estates tail, in consideration
of the sum of 10s., the said Sir GEORGE COCKBURN and the Rev.
GEORGE COCKBURN, gave, granted, and confirmed to said CHARLES
ANDREW CALDWELL and ARTHUR RYALL, the lands of Killadooly, in
the barony of Ossory, and Queen's County ;-Ballyvaston,
Lismohan, and Lissoyd, in the barony of Lecale, and county of
Down;–Dowdingstown, the tithes of Herbertstown, in the parish
and barony of Great Connell, county of KILDARE:—Haltown, in
the barony of Ratoath, and county of MEATH ;—a house in Bolton
Street in the parish of St. Mary's, in the city of DUBLIN : To
hold to said CHARLES ANDREW CALDWELL and ARTHUR RIALL, for
such uses and for such intents and purposes as the said George
Cockburne, sen. and jun., shall, by any deed or instrument,
direct, limit, or appoint, subject likewise to the trusts,
intents, conditions, and reservations contained in the
marriage settlement of Sir GEORGE COCKBURN, bearing date the
8th day of March,1790.—Inrolled 9th May, 1835.

4. Deed, dated 11th May, 1835, between JOHN WATSON, of
Ballydartin, county of Carlow, of the first part; and RICHARD
SHACKLETON, of Ballitore, in the county of Kildare, of the
second part; and JOHN GRAY, of Harcourt-street, in the city of
Dublin, of the third part: whereby, for the purpose of barring
and extinguishing all estates tail, said JOHN WATSON and
RICHARD SHACKLETON, granted, sold, and confirmed to said JOHN
GRAY, the town and lands of Ballinebane alias Bollybawne,
containing 348 acres, prof, 35 acres of mountain, in the
barony of Cullinagh, and QUEEN's County;-Ballydarton and
Clonbullock, in the barony of Idrone East, and county of
Carlow, containing 173 acres 1 rood 5 perches: To hold for
such uses, intents and purposes as the said JOHN WATSON shall,
by any deed or instrument direct, limit, or appoint.—Inrolled
21st May, 1835.

5. Deed, dated 25th August, 1835, between CHARLES EYRE COOTE,
of Tullamore, in the King's County, of the first part; Dame
JANE COOTE, now residing at Paris, of the second part; and
HENRY AUGUSTUS HANROTT, of 29, Queen's- square, in the county
of Middlesex, of the third part whereby, for the purpose of
barring and extinguishing all estates tail, and in
consideration of 550l., and a further consideration of 5s.,
said CHARLES EYRE COOTE, with the consent of the said Dame
JANE COOTE, granted, sold, released, and confirmed to the said
Henry Augustus Hanrott, the mill and lands, commonly called
the Great and Small Burrisses, Cloonerible and Currier's bog,
containing in all 600 acres, situate in the barony of
Maryborough, and Queen’s County : To hold in trust to the use
of the said DAME JANE COOTE, her heirs and assigns for ever,
and to be conveyed as she or they shall direct, limit, or
appoint.—Inrolled 24th November, 1835.

6. Deed, dated 10th August, 1835, between ANNA HUTCHINSON, of
Mount Heaton, in the King's County, and JOHN DAWSON DUCKETT,
of Duckett's grove, in the county of Carlow, of the one part
; and WILLIAM HENRY HUTCHINSON, of Rockforest, in the county of
Tipperary, of the other part :whereby, for the purpose of
barring and extinguishing all estates tail, and in
consideration of 5s., said ANNA HUTCHINSON, and J. D. DUCKETT,
granted, sold and conveyed to said WILLIAM HENRY HUTCHINSON,
the lands called the 3 Ballygrangans, and Clangaddy, and part
of Chappel, in the barony of Bargie, and county of Wexford –
Eastern part of Lacka and Leagh, called the Old-Queen's Co.
town, Island of Derringelia, with the upper part of Monetoo,
called Russettdown, in the barony of Upper Ossory, and Queen’s
County : To hold in trust, to the use of the said ANNA
HUTCHINSON, her heirs and assigns for ever.—Inrolled 22nd
January, 1836.
