Extracted from the Registry of His Majesty's Court of 
Prerogative in Ireland
In the Name of God Amen I Daniel Scully of Mt Melick in the 
Queens County Gentleman being weak in body but of perfect 
Mind and Memory and knowing that it is alloted for Man once 
to die do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament 
Imprimis I recommend my Soul to the Almighty God and my Body 
to the Earth under whose protection I expect to find Mercy 
And as to my worldly Affairs I will and bequeath them in 
manner following 1st I will and bequeath unto my beloved 
Wife Jane Scully alias Gillar the sum of five hundred pounds 
Ster due to me by General Dunns Bendo (?) and also the Sum 
of Two hundred Pounds Ster due to me by Peter Handlow Store 
Keeper of the Royal Artillery together with all my Goods 
Assets Chattels 2ndly I order and direct my Wife aforesaid 
to pay unto my Sister Easther Murphy the Sum of Twelve 
Pounds Ster yearly during her Life And I do hereby nominate 
constitute and appoint my said Wife Jane Scully alias Gillar 
and Peter Handlow aforesaid Executors sole Executors to this 
my last Will and Testament dated April 12th 1807 Daniel 
Scully seal Signed sealed and delivered in the Presence of 
Anthy Dimano _Jeremiah Lalar _ Robert Fox Proved 26 November 
1807
