Mrs Anna Moloney, for 51 years a resident of Portland, died early last night at St. Vincent's Hospital after an illness of two weeks. She was 80 years old. Two weeks ago she fell and her last sickness was superinduced by the injury. Mrs. Moloney was the wife of Patrick Moloney, Sr. who, prior to his death in 1914, was in the government service at Vancouver, Wash., in the postal department of the barracks, and is survived by the following children: Patrick R. Moloney, 98 Texas Street, inspector in the police department; Mrs Thomas E. Hulme, 762 Schuyler Street; Mrs. Wm. Casey, La Grande, Or.; Thomas E. Moloney, Spokane, Wash. Mrs. Moloney was a member of St. Lawrence parish church, Third and Sherman Street, from which the funeral will be held on Wednesday morning at 9:30 o'clock. Died age 80, St Vincents Hospital, after illness of 2 weeks following a fall. Had lived in Portland 51 years (since 1872?),funeral St Lawrence Parish, burial, Mt Calvary Cem Lot 257A, Undertaker Miller & Tracey. Additional Comments: Anna Higgins was born in Modorragh, Inishmagrath parish, County Leitrim, Ireland to John Higgins and Catherine Flynn.
