Spann, Lucinda, Will, November 6, 1791 Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Leitrim Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning+AEA- outlook.com December 17, 2019, 9:44 am Source: National Archives London Written: November 6, 1791 Recorded: March 4, 1792 SPANN, LUCINDA NOVEMBER 6, 1791 In the Name of God Amen I Lucinda Spann late of Milltown in the County of Roscommon but now of Drumsna in the County of Leitrim Widow and Relict of William Spann late of Milltown Aforesaid being sick and weak of body but of sound and disposing Mind and Memory Do make and Publish this my last Will and Testamt hereby revoking all other and former Wills by me heretofore made First my Will is that all my Just Debts and Funeral Expences shall be paid I leave and Bequeath unto my Daughter Margaret Mahon five shillings Item I leave and Bequeath unto my beloved Grandson Bartholomew Mahon my two Feather Beds Blankets and all my sheets and Bedding of every kind of which I shall die possessed I also leave and Bequeath unto my said Grandson my Watch and my set Buckles and also my Dining Tables and six Chairs I also leave and Bequeath unto my said Grandson Bartholomew Mahon all Rents and Arrears of Rents which shall be due to me at my Decease out of the Town and Lands of ..ham in the County of Louth and also all Rents and Arrears of Rents which shall be due to me out of Milltown in the said County of Roscommon I leave and Bequeath unto Rebecca Lawder of Lowfield my Chintz Gown And Lastly I leave my Grandson Bartholomew Mahon all the Rest residue and Remainder of all my Rights Credits Goods and Chattels not hereinbefore Particularly mentioned and I do hereby nominate and Appoint John Lawder of Lowfield sole Executor of this my Will and Testament Dated this 6th day of November 1791 Lucy Span (Attestation Clause) Thos Dunn_Christr Lawder Junr Proved 4 March 1792 Proved at London 3 July 1793 PCC Prob11/1221
