Will: Grady, Helen July 29, 1795 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Limerick Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com May 5, 2019, 10:48 am GRADY, HELEN JULY 29, 1795 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: July 29, 1795 Recorded: May 5, 2019 Know all men by these Presents that I Helen Grady late of Grange in the County of Limerick Ireland but now living at Bath being in sound Memory to make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following I will and direct all my lawful Debts to be paid I give and bequeath to my Daughters Grace Frances and Helen Grady one thousand pounds Irish each or the Survivors of them £3000 I give and bequeath my Coach to my said Daughters Grace Frances and Helen Grady To my Daughters Margaret Monsell and Mary Pomeroy I give and bequeath six hundred pounds Irish to each solely and separately for their own separate use and to dispose of in whatever manner they think Proper As my Son Standish Grady of Grange in the Kingdom of Ireland gets Two hundred and fifty Pounds a Year by my death I give unto him Two hundred & fifty Pounds Irish as a token of my affection If my Niece Mrs Mary Meade should be living at my death I give and bequeath to her Fifty pounds Irish To Mr Stephen Roche I give and bequeath twenty Guineas to buy a Ring I desire that one hundred Pounds shall be given for Masses and Charity for the repose of my Soul if any Money should remain after Paying the before mentioned Legacies I give and bequeath it to my Daughters Grace Frances and Helen Grady And I further do nominate & constitute my said Daughters Grace ffrances and Helen Grady my Executrixes to this my last Will & Testament made and concluded in Bath this 29 twenty ninth day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety five Helen Grady Signed Sealed and delivered in the Presence of us Windlesham Quin _ ffredk Scotton Mayhew _ John Maguire Proved at London 19 July 1798 by the oath of Grace Grady power reserved to other Executrixes PCC Prob11/1309
