Will: Hogan, Margaret January 14, 1848 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Limerick Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com January 11, 2018, 2:48 pm HOGAN, MARGARET JANUARY 14, 1848 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: January 14, 1848 Recorded: January 11, 2017 On the fourteenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and forty eight I Margaret Hogan of Carlernebansbeg in the County of Limerick Widow of Michael Hogan being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all former wills Whereas I am now entitled to a certain interest in the portion of the Townland of Carlernebansbeg on which I reside and also in the houses and lands thereon now occupied by David Browne Terence McMahon John Griffen Michael Murnane and Michael Browne as tenants and .... I give devise and bequeath all my estate right title and interest therein to my beloved daughter Grace Miniter for her own sole and separate use during her lifetime free and clear from all controul of her present or any future husband and from all debts contracted by him with power to my said daughter by any deed executed by her or by her last Will and Testament to devise or distribute the same to and amongst her children in such shares or proportions as she may think fit And whereas I am also entitled to certain bequests under the Will of the late Robert Supple of Bristol I hereby give devise and bequeath the same in as ample a manner as I am or may become entitled thereto and any benefit or advantage to which I am entitled under said Will of said Robert Supple whether the property be freehold or chattel unto my said beloved daughter Grace Miniter free from the debts or controul of her said husband as aforesaid And I appoint my said daughter My residuary Legatee and Executrix of this my Will and I also appoint Patrick Griffen Esquire of Falry Lawn and my Grandson John Miniter to be joint Executors with her Margaret Hogan X her Mark (Attestation Clause 14 January 1848) Martin McNamara _ Joseph Donovan (Appearance by Martin McNamara of Longhill in the County of Limerick 5 February 1850) Proved at London 8 February 1850 to Grace Miniter Wife of John Miniter and Patrick Griffin power reserved to John Miniter the Grandson PCC Prob11/2107
