Macneill, Owners; Nicholas CALLAN and John MULLEN, executors of Mary CALLAN, deceased, Petitioners. Lot 1--House, yard and offices in Church Street, Dundalk, producing a rent of ?24 per annum, was purchased by Mr. HART for ?930. Lot 2--A plot of ground, known as St. Helena Quay upon which two houses have been built, situate in the town of Dundalk, producing a rent of ?15, was bought by Mr. GRAHAM for ?330. Lot 3--A plot of ground, known as Black Seatown, producing a rent of ?15, was purchased by Mr. CALLAN for ?180. Mr. Burton BOOTH, 159, Lower Gloucester St. had the carriage of sale.
