I will and bequeath to my son ROBERT LEGGETT of Clonattin in the County of Wexford (provided he shall be of sound mind and understanding when this my Will shall come into force),The sum of Three Hundred Pounds to the surviving children of my son ROBERT in equal portions on their respectively attaining the age of twenty-one years and provided they severally shall have conducted themselves to the satisfaction of my Executors herein named and shall have continued in the religion of their parents. I leave and bequeath to my daughter ELIZABETH WARREN, wife of ABRAHAM WARREN of Corriganea in the County of Wexford the sum of Three Hundred Pounds and also all the interest I possess in the farm of land at Ternsilla in the said County of Wexford. I will and bequeath to my son WILLIAM LEGGETT now of Monasterevan in the County of Kildare the sum of Four Hundred pounds. I will and bequeath to my son JOHN LEGGETT of Termonfeckin in the County of Louth in whom is vested the interest of the farm at Termonfeckin aforesaid all the farming stock,implements and other property upon said farm. The residue of my property of every part I will and bequeath to ELIZABETH WARREN and WILLIAM LEGGETT aforesaid legatees and interest in my property to go to the heirs and assigns of my aforesaid children in the event of the decease of any of them. Ihereby nominate and appoint my sons WILLIAM LEGGETT and JOHN LEGGETT,Executors of this my Will.
