I Walter O'Reilly Captain in His Majesty's Forty first
Regiment of Foot being now under orders and about to sail
for the East Indies do make this my last will and testament
and of the same I hereby nominate and appoint my dear
brother William O'Reilly and my respected friend John
Rochfort of Walshetown Esqr to be Executors In the Name of
God Amen I bequeath to my honor'd and loved mother the sum
of ten guineas as a small token of my respectful attachment
Also to my dear sister Eliza O'Reilly also to my brother
Dowell O'Reilly to my brother Richard O'Reilly to each of
them I leave a sum of five guineas I give and bequeath to my
brother John O'Reilly and to my Cousin Miles O'Reilly also
to my friend John Rochfort a like several sum of five
guineas as a testimony of my attachment all the rest and
remainder whatsoever of my Estate and Property I give devise
and bequeath unto my said brother William O'Reilly Witness
my hand and seal this Fifteenth day of March one thousand
eight hundred and twenty two London Walter O'Reilly

1844 Administration with Will annexed of the Goods of Walter
Frederick O'Reilly Colonel in Her Majesty's Army formerly of
Lower Grosvenor Street in the County of Middlesex but now of
Knock Abbey Castle in the County of Louth Ireland granted to
Richard Anthony O'Reilly Administrator of the Goods of
William O'Reilly deceased for the benefit of Miles William
O'Reilly one of the natural and lawful children of William
O'Reilly John Rochfort having died in the lifetime of the
Testator
