Louth – Wills: Timmon, Harmon May 24, 1800 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Louth Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com June 3, 2018, 2:02 pm WILLS: TIMMON, HARMON MAY 24, 1800 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: May 24, 1800 Recorded: June 3, 2018 In the Name of God Amen I Harmon Timmon belonging to His Majesty's Ship Prince of Wales Adrian Ronon Esquire Captain in the Quality of Able Seaman and No 1176 on that Ship's Books being in Bodily health and of sound and disposing Mind and Memory and Considering the Perils and Dangers of the Seas and other uncertainties of this transitory life (do for avoiding Controversies after my decease) make Publish and declare this my last will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) First I commend my Soul to God that gave it and my Body I commit to the Earth or Sea as it shall please God to order and as for and concerning all my Worldly Estate I give devise and dispose thereof as followeth (that is to say) All wages Sum or Sums of Money Lands Tenements Goods Chattels and Estate whatsoever as shall be due owing or belonging unto me at the time of my decease I give devise and bequeath the same to my friend Mary Magloughlin Wife of Owen Macloughlin following the occupation of a Linen Weaver and residing at Tobertoby Parish of Termonfeckin near Drogheda in Ireland And I do hereby nominate and appoint the said Mary Magloughlin to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills Testaments and Deeds of Gifts by me at any other time heretofore made and I do ordain and ratify these Presents to stand and be for and as my only last will and Testament In witness whereof to this my said will I have set my hand and Seal the twenty fourth day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and in the Fortieth Year of the Reign of his Majesty King George the third over Great Britain etc. Harmon Timmon X his Mark Signed Sealed Published and Declared in the presence of A Ronon Captain _ John Page Purser Proved at London 23 January 1802 Prob11/1369
