In the Name of God Amen I Walter Blake Bourke of Cloneen in 
the County of Mayo in Ireland at present residing at Yok 
Chambers York Buildings Adelphi London being by God's 
blessing of sound mind and body do make and declare this my 
last will and testament I give leave and bequeath to Felix 
Walter McDonnell my Godson at present residing with Mark 
Kealy Esqr at Summer Hill near the Post Town of Maylough in 
the County of Galway in Ireland All and every Property 
whatsoever description I may die possessed of that is to say 
any interest I may have in the house and lands of Cloonan 
all books clothes trinkets including watches etc money 
receipts and securities for money etc that may be found in 
my desk or trunks I will and direct at the same time that if 
the whole of such property should not amount to more than 
£100 the said Felix Walter McDonnell shall give to his 
Sister Eliza McDonnell at present residing with Miss Livesay 
at Park near the Post Town of Kilkerren in the County of 
Galway the sum of £20 only But in case the assets should 
exceed £100 he shall then give to the said Eliza McDonnell 
one fourth of what the whole shall amount to without regard 
to the direction as to the sum of £20 above named my funeral 
expences and all just claims on me being first discharged W
