Will: McNalty, John January 28, 1798 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Mayo Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com March 31, 2018, 8:57 am MCNALTY, JOHN JANUARY 28, 1798 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: January 28, 1798 Recorded: March 31, 2018 Antigua In the Name of God Amen I John McNalty Seaman belonging to His Majesty's Ship Prince of Wales at Present a Patient in the Naval Hospital at English Harbour in the Island aforesaid being very weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills made by me I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Nancy McNalty and Daughter Mary McNalty all Wages Prize money and all Property whatever I may die possessed of except my cloaths to be divided between them share and share alike and in Case of their death to my brother Peter McNally all of the Town of Balina Tyrawly in the County of Mayo and Parish of Kilmore in the Kingdom of Ireland my Cloaths I give and bequeath unto Richard Plant a Patient in this Hospital belonging to His Majesty's Ship Prince of Wales and I do hereby appoint Dominick Connor of the Town County and Parish in the Kingdom of Ireland aforesaid to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament Given under my hand and Seal this twenty eighth day of January One thousand seven hundred and ninety eight John McNalty his mark X (Attestation Clause) John Cole Surgeon _ Thos Warren 2 November 1809 Administration with Will annexed of the goods and credits of John McNalty late of Sligo in Ireland to Nancy McNalty Widow and relict.
