Meath - Wills: Bryan, Patrick August 18, 1733 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Meath Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com January 4, 2018, 3:55 pm WILLS: BRYAN, PATRICK AUGUST 18, 1733 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: August 18, 1733 Recorded: January 4, 2018 In the Name of God Amen I PATRICK BRYAN born at Irish town in the County of Meath in the Kingdom of Ireland but now residing in the Parish of St Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex Gent being of perfect health and of sound and disposing mind and memory thanks be to God for the same Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following first and principally I Commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator And my Body I Commit to the Earth to be buryed in a Christian manner And as to my Worldly Estate and Effects I dispose thereof as followeth I give to my Well beloved Kinsman PATRICK CONOLLY of Drogheda in the Kingdom of Ireland five pounds to be distributed by him amongst such Poor Objects in and about the place of my borth aforesaid as he shall think proper Item I give to Mr Thomas Moore now residing in London or the Suburbs thereof five pounds to be distributed by him amongst such Clergymen of the Roman Catholick Church and in such Proportions as he shall think fit Item I give to my Honoured friend Joseph Tattle of Wood Street London Linnen Draper a Mourning ring of the Price of a Guinea And all the rest and residue of my Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever ready money Securitys for money Stock in any Company Corporation or Bank whatsoever I give and bequeath to my said Kinsman Patrick Conelly and to his Children and to such Child or Children of my Deceased Brother CHRISTOPHER BRYAN (but called and known in Fingall the place of his and my birth by the name of Brangan) as shall be living at the time of my decease to be equally divided between or amongst them Share and Share alike in equal Portions and I do nominate and Appoint the said JOSEPH TATTLE and PATRICK CONOLLY Joynt Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said PATRICK BRYAN have to two parts of this my last Will of the same tenor and date set my hand and seal this Eighteenth day of August in the year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three PATRICK BRYAN his mark (Attestation Clause) Thomas Moore _ Richd Lahy Proved at London 11 December 1733 to Patrick Conolly power reserved to other Executor PCC Prob11/662
