County of Limerick, of the one part; and ROBERT WYBRANTS, of Rutland-square, in the county of Dublin, of the other part: whereby, for the purpose of barring and extinguishing all estates tail, said ARTHUR CAMPAGNE granted, sold, and conveyed to said ROBERT WYBRANTS, part of the lands of Lysterfield otherwise Coolnegere, and Gortmas containing 692 acres 3 roods and 3 perches; Ardmullane, containing 302 acres 3 roods and 25 perches; part of Carrignagatt, containing 67 acres 1 rood and 19 perches; Lysterfield other wise Coolnegere, containing 18 acres 2 roods and 20 perches, statute measure, in the barony of Athlone, and county of Roscommon ;-Ballywilliamreagh, in the barony of Ballyboy, and King's County, containing 200 acres 3 roods and 17 perches: To hold upon the trusts, intents, and purposes in said deed specified.-Inrolled 10th March, 1837. 14. Deed, dated 4th March, 1837, between JOHN THOMAS DROUGHT, of Whigsborough, in the King's County, of the first part; JOHN ALEXANDER DROUGHT, of same, of the second part; and CHARLES COTTEN BUTTERFIELD, of Petersfield, in the county of Hampshire, and HUGH RYVES BAKER, of the city of Dublin, of the third part: whereby, in order to bar and extinguish all estates tail, and in consideration of 10s. a-piece, said JOHN T. DROUGHT, and JOHN A. DROUGHT, granted, sold, and conveyed to said CHARLES C. BUTTERFIELD, and HUGH R. BAKER, the lands of Killeen, and one moiety of the fee of the lands of Whigsborough otherwise DourasCloneen, and the Jurys, containing 400 acres, plantation measure, and one moiety of the fee of Ballincard and Ballinconoge, in the barony of Eglish, and King's County : To hold subject to the jointure and provisions in said deed contained, to the use of said JOHN THOMAS DROUGHT, during his life, and after his decease to the use of said JOHN ALEXANDER DROUGHT, his heirs and assigns for ever.-Inrolled 17th March, *1387.* In book but probably should be 1837. 15. Deed, dated 16th January, 1837, between ROBERT BATESON SEYMOUR, of clonfert, in the county of galway, of the first part; ELIZA HESTER LAWLOR, of Castlerickard, in the county of Meath, of the second part; THOMAS EDMOND LANGLEY, of Hunstanton, in the King's county, and WILLIAM SMITH, of Merrion-square, in the city of dublin, of the third part; and the Rev. JOHN LAWLOR, of Castlerickard, in the county of Meath, and ANNE, his wife, of the fourth part : whereby, in consideration of a marriage intended to be solemnized between said ROBERT BATESON SEYMOUR, and ELIZA HESTER LAWLOR, and in consideration of 10s., said ROBERT BATESON SEYMOUR granted, sold, and confirmed to said thomas edmond langley, and WILLIAM SMITH, the lands of Clashnakirane, containing 12 acres and 34 perches, next adjoining another part of said lands which is set apart for glebe lands; part of Lenamore, containing 28 acres and 2 roods, and the lowlands, meadow, and pasture, containing 36 acres 1 rood and 22 perches, with commonage, on the north side only as far as the drain called Whitcomb's drain, and bog and turbary, containing about 30 acres beyond said drain; parts of Knockroe, Coolecain, and Lenamore, containing 17 acres 2 roods and 2 perches; formerly part of the demesne lands of clonfert, containing in the whole, beside commonage and bog, 94 acres 2 roods and 18 perches plantation measure ; a tenement on the north side of the church of Clonfert, in the parish of clonfert, barony of Longford, and county of Galway; held in fee farm from the ecclesiastical commissioners, by deed bearing date the 14th april, 1836, at the yearly rent of £53 14s.2d., and subject to the variations in said grant mentioned; and also for the purpose of barring and extinguishing all estates arising under the will of MATTHEW HEMMINGS, bearing date the 30th september, 1833, and in consideration of 10s., the said ELIZA HESTER LAWLOR, with the approbation of her intended husband, granted and released to said thomas edmond langley, and william smith, the lands of Kilaltinagh, in the barony of Longford, and county of Galway: to hold upon the trusts, intents, and purposes in said deed specified.-inrolled 12th April, 1837. 16. Deed, dated 19th April, 1837, between JOHN DROUGHT LAWDER, of Moyclare, in the King's County, of the first part; ROBERT LAWDER, of same place, of the second part; and ROBERT MAUNSELL, of Merion-square, in the city of Dublin, of the third part: whereby, in order to bar and extinguish all estates tail, and in consideration of 10s., said JOHN D. LAWDER, with the approbation of said ROBERT LAWDER, granted, sold, and conveyed to said ROBERT MAUNSELL, the lands of Moyclare, otherwise the two Moyclares, in the King's Co. barony of Garry Castle, and King's County: To hold for such trusts, intents, and purposes as the said JOHN D. LAWDER shall, by deed or deeds, limit or appoint, subject to the life estate of the said ROBERT LAWDER, and without prejudice to the trusts declared in a certain settlement, dated 13th November, 1812.-Inrolled 21st April, 1837. 17. Deed, dated 27th April, 1837, between SAMUEL WESLEY HANDY, of Bracca Castle, in the county of Westmeath, of the one part; and JOHN FETHERSTON, of Carrick, in said county, of the other part; whereby the said SAMUEL WESLEY HANDY, for the purpose of barring and extinguishing all estates tail, created by a certain settlement, bearing date the 5th December, 1803, and in consideration of 10s., granted and released to JOHN FETHERSTON, the town and lands of Brackaghrea and Cooleylough, in the barony of Moycashell, and county of WESTMEATH ;- Aughrim, and the mill and miller's garden, containing 1400 acres, with the tolls and customs of the fairs and markets of Aughrim, in the barony of Kilconnell, and county of Galway;-1 house in Saint James', in the city of DUBLIN,--and Kilmaleady, in the King's co, barony of Kilcourcy, in the Kings County: To hold in trust for the use of the said Samuel Wesley Handy, his heirs and assigns for ever. Inrolled 3rd July, 1837. 18.Deed, dated 20th July, 1837, between CHARLES WILMOT SMITH, of Silver Hills, in the King's County, of the first part; MARY SMITH, of the second part; GEORGE GOUGH, of Ardsalla, in the county of Tipperary, of the third part; and ROBERT MAUNSELL, of Merrion-square, in the city of Dublin, of the fourth part: whereby, in consideration of 10s., in order to bar and extinguish all estates tail, according to their respective rights, the said CHARLES WILMOT SMITH, MARY SMITH, and GEORGE GOUGH, granted and released to the said Robert Maunsell, the town and lands of Tulla, otherwise Tullig, Killeny otherwise Killeeny, in the barony of Moyarta; Killurane more, Killuranebegg, and Killurane, in the barony of Tulla, and county of Clare;Knockatanacushlane, and Parkakillane and Pust otherwise Post, being part of the lands of Carrickerely, in the barony of Clanwilliam, and county of Limerick, To hold in trust, for the use of the said CHARLES WILMOT SMITH, his heirs and assigns forever, freed from all dower - Inrolled 21st July, 1837. 19. Deed, dated 26th June, 1837, between the Rev. JOHN STACK, of Dromard, in the county of Sligo, and Harriet, his wife, of the first part; and CHARLES MAURICE STACK, of Upper Merrion street, in the city of Dublin, of the other part: whereby, in order to bar, dock, and defeat all estates tail and remainders, under the wills of EDMOND LESTRANGE, of Hunstanton, and HENRIETTA MARIA LESTRANGE, the widow of the said EDMOND, the said Rev. JOHN and HARRIETT STACK, in consideration of 10s., granted and released to said CHARLES MAURICE STACK, the one undivided one fifth part of the lands of Ardorna, Camasbeg, and the holding in Moystown, on which the flour mills of the said EDMOND L'ESTRANGE were built, and that part of Camasmore, containing 76 acres, in the barony of Garrycastle and King's County; -and also the undivided half in the Island of Lehinch, in the river Shannon, in the barony of Longford, and county of Galway : To hold intrust, subject to the several conditions, provisoes,and declarations in said deed mentioned.-Inrolled 14th November, 1837. 20. Deed, dated 21st November, 1837, between the Reverend ROBERT GERALD MOONEY, of Sandy Cove Terrace, in the county of Dublin, and ELIZA ANNE, his wife, of the first part; ALEXANDER DEANE, of the city of Cork, and ROBERT ROBINSON, of Tullamore, in the King's County, of the second part; and DANIEL CHAMBERS, of Garton,in the county of Donegal, and the Reverend DANIEL MOONEY, of the city of Dublin, of the third part: whereby, in order to bar, dock, and defeat all estates tail, remainders, and reversions, the said ROBERT GERALD MOONEY, and ELIZA ANNE, his wife, in consideration of 10s., granted and released to said DANIEL CHAMBERS and DANIEL MOONEY, one fourth part or share to which the said ELIZA ANNE is entitled, as one of four daughters of the late JOHN HARGRAVE, in the sum of £4,085 10s. 9d., secured by judgments against the Earl of Granard and Viscount FORBES; also her one-fourth share of £8,049 17s., new 34 per cent. stock, vested in said ALEXANDER DEANE and ROBERT ROBINSON, and the one-fourth part or share of her sister SOPHIA HARGRAVE, deceased, in said securities and stocks and funds; and also all other stocks, funds, trusts, monies, and securities standing in the names of the said DEANE and ROBINSON, to the produce of which, under the trusts of the will of Abraham Hargrave, bearing date the 8th July, 1808, she is entitled: To hold said stocks, funds, and securities, discharged from all trusts, directions, powers, and authorities, in the will of said ABRAHAM HARGRAVe expressed and declared, to the uses, ends, intents, and purposes, declared and contained in the marriage articles of the said ROBERT GERALD MOONEY, and ELIZA ANNE, his wife, bearing date the 16th June, 1837.
