All rights reserved. http://www.igp-web.com/IGPArchives/copyright.htm http://www.igp-web.com/IGPArchives/ ************************************************ BOHERNA LAND SALES IN BARONY OF CLONLISKAND 1 AUGUST 1747 To be sold the lands of Boherna in the Barony of Clonliskand, King's County, containing about 70 acres and set to Anthony CARROLL, of Emillin, said county, Esq., for 31 years from the 25th March, 1739 at 15/- per annum, and also a strong well built house, outhouses and gardens up to the town wall in the City of KILKENNY, formerly inhabited by Mrs Elizabeth MUKINS, widow, and also the town and land of Margaretts Field, situate in the Liberties of the said city, containing about 21 acres, both held by lease by the executors of Francis North, esq., at the yearly rent of 12/-. Proposals will be received by George MACARTNEY of Belfast, Esq., or Alexander CARROLL, Esq., on Ormond Quay, Dublin, in whose hands the Title deeds and counterparts of the tenants leases my be viewed.
