DILLON, WILLIAM AUGUST 30, 1707

In the Name of God Amen I William Dillon Surgeon's first 
Mate now belonging to her Majesty's Ship the Norfolke being 
in bodily health and of sound and well disposing mind and 
memory and considering the Perills and Dangers of the Seas 
and other uncertainties of this transitory life Doe (for 
avoiding controversies after my decease) make publish and 
declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following 
(That is to say) first I recomend my Soul to God that gave 
it and my Body I commit to the Earth or Sea as it shall 
please God to order And as for and concerning all my Worldly 
Estate I give bequeath and dispose thereof as followeth 
(That is to say) All and singular such Salary Tickets 
Pentions Smart money Short allowance money and all other 
Wages summ and sums of money Lands Tenements Goods Chattells 
and Estate whatsoever as shall be any wayes due owing or 
belonging unto me at the time of my Decease I doe give 
devise and bequeath the same unto my Loving father James 
Dillon Gentleman of Ratinykildove in the Parish of 
Drumkulling in King's County in the Kingdome of Ireland And 
I doe hereby nominate and appoint James Dillon full and sole 
Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revokeing 
all former and other Wills Testaments and Deeds of Gift by 
me at any time heretofore made And I doe ordaine and ratify 
these presents to stand and be for and as my only my last 
Will and Testament In Wittnesse whereof to this my said Will 
I have sett my hand and Seal the one and thirtieth Day of 
August Anno Dm 1707 And in the Sixth Year of the Reigne of 
her Majesty Queen Ann by the grace of God over England etc.

Item My Will and Pleasure is that five pounds of lawfull 
money of England be paid unto Honour Flannagan of the Parish 
aforesaid Edwd Parry Surg Abra: Eadrop Surg: Mate Barth: 
Manning Clerke
