O'BEIRN, BRYAN JUNE 3, 1806

In case of my death either by natural or accidental causes I 
do hereby constitute you & my Brother Francis O'Beirn of the 
town of Sligo Ireland my sole executors and administrators & 
hereby revoking all former wills and promisses (?) it is my 
last will & desire that first paying all my lawful debts & 
fifty pounds sterling to Mary Ann Brien daughter of Mr Richd 
Brien of Collesford what remaining property pay or prize 
money I may die possessed of or entitled to be divided into 
eight equal parts to my sister Ann O'Beirn I bequeath six 
Eights or parts & the remaining two Eights to my other 
Sister Mrs McHugh My Watch I bequeath to my brother In case 
of the death of either of the parties above mentioned I 
leave to him also the exclusive right of disposing of these 
proportions in such manner as he may think would be most 
agreeable to my intentions
Given under my hand & seal on board His Majesty's Ship 
Courageux ...... this 3rd day of June 1806
