De VERE shall, by any deed, limit, direct, or appoint, and in default, for the use of the said Sir AUBREY De VERE for life, and the powers and provisoes of a certain deed bearing date the 12th May, 1807, and then for the use of the said VERE EDMOND De VERE and his heirs male for ever.�Inrolled 28th May, 1837. 40. Deed, dated 1st July, 1837, between JOHNSTON HAMILTON, of the city of Dublin, of the one part; and BARTHOLOMEW TEELING, of said city, of the other part: whereby the said JOHNSTON HAMILTON, in order to destroy and extinguish all estates tail, created by the will of FRANCIS SMYTH, bearing date the 2nd December, 1785, in favour of his grandfather, JOHNSTON HAMILTON, and in consideration of 10s., granted and released to the said BARTHOLOMEW TEELING, the lands of Beeverstown otherwise Beeferstown, known as Upper and Lower Beeverstown, in the parish of Cloneen, and barony of Slevardagh and Compsy;-also a yearly fee farm rent of 411. 10s. 9d. out of the lands of Cappanagerane, in the parish of Cloneen, barony of Slevardagh, and county of TIPPERARY : To hold in trust, for such uses as the said JOHNSTON HAMILTON shall, by any deed limit, direct, or appoint, and to his heirs or assigns for ever.�Inrolled 4th July, 1837. 41. Deed, dated 31st August, 1837, between LAWRENCE CREAGHE, of Castle Park, in the county of Tipperary, of the one part; and WILLIAM DUCKETT, of Upper Mount-street, in the city of Dublin, of the other part: whereby, in order to bar and destroy all estates tail and remainders, the said LAWRENCE CREAGHE, for the consideration of 10s., granted and released to the said WILLIAM DUCKETT, the town and lands of Cloghleigh, in the barony of Middlethird, and county of Tipperary : To hold in trust, for the use of the said LAWRENCE CREAGHE, his heirs and assigns for ever.�Inrolled 27th September, 1837. 43. Deed, dated 6th September, 1837, between FLOOD FIRMAN STEELE, of Bally Edmond, in the Queen's County, of the one part; and LYNN CAREW, of Lower Mount-street, in the city of Dublin, of the other part : whereby the said FLOOD F. STEELE, in order to bar and extinguish all estates tail in a certain annuity or rent charge, in consideration of 10s., granted and released to the said LYNN CAREW, the said annuity or rent charge of �92, chargeable and payable out of the one undivided moiety of the town and lands of Coogy, Cappanaleigh, and Upper and Lower Knockmihill, in the barony of Kilnemanagh, and county of TIPPERARY : To hold said annuity in trust, for the said FLOOD F.
