Deed, dated 14th February, 1838, between MICHAEL VALENTINE AYLMER, of Eccles street, in the city of Dublin, of the one part; and ROBERT MACDERMOTT, of Blessington- street, in said city, of the other part : whereby the said MICHAEL VALENTINE AYLMER, in order to bar, defeat, and destroy all estates created by a certain indenture of settlement bearing date 27th April, 1811, in consideration of 5s., granted and released to the said ROBERT MACDERMOTT, the town and lands of Derrygill otherwise Derrydale, otherwise Derry, in the county of TIPPERARY : To hold in trust, for the use of the said MICHAEL V. AYLMER, his heirs and assigns for ever.�Inrolled 14th February, 1838. 49. Deed, dated 20th January, 1838, between ROBERT SAMUEL GRUBB, of Suir Island, in the town of Clonmel, in the county of Waterford, and SAMUEL GRUBB, of the one part; and SAMUEL GRUBB, of Clogheen, in the county of Tipperary, of the other part: whereby the said ROBERT SAMUEL GRUBB and SAMUEL GRUBB, in order to carry into effect a certain agreement, and thereby secure to the said SAMUEL GRUBB, of Clogheen, the money he is now in advance, as well as the amount of 1,500l., his liabilities to the Provincial Bank, by way of mortgage, for all such other sums of money not exceeding in the whole the sum of 3,000l., for which a judgment has been obtained in the Court of Exchequer, as of Michaelmas Term last, granted and released to the said SAMUEL GRUBB, the Rape-mill in Suir Island, in the county of Waterford;�the piggery or bacon yard in front of the oil mill and dwelling of the late ROBERT GRUBB, containing 40 yards square; and also the garden or plot of ground in the south suburbs of the town of Clonmel, containing in length 130 feet, and in breadth 60 feet, on which is now built a dwelling-house and concerns: To hold said lands and premises in trust, subject to said mortgage and judgment, and the equity of redemption. �Inrolled 15th February, 1838. 50. Deed, dated 1st March, 1838, between JOHN LLOYD, of Lloydsborough, in the county of Tipperary, of the first part; DEBORAH A. LLOYD, his wife, of the second part; JOHN JESSE LLOYD, of the third part; and GEORGE LANGFORD, of Ballintoher, in said county, of the fourth part: whereby, in order to bar all estates tail, vested in the said JOHN JESSE LLOYD, under the will of JOHN LLOYD, of Rosanna, in the county of Tipperary, bearing date the 9th August, 1809, and a certain settlement bearing date the 21st day of July, 1810, the said JOHN, DEBORAH, and JOHN JESSE LLOYD, in consideration of 10s., granted and released to said GEORGE LANGFORD, the town and lands of Lloyds borough otherwise Gortroan, and that part of Killewardy, bounded on the west by the road leading from Killea to Bamalisk, containing 350 acres, in the baronies of Eliogarty and Ikerrin; Crannagh, and Garrymore, in the barony of Ikerrin, and county of TIPPERARY: To hold, for such uses, power, and provisoes as the said JOHN and JOHN JESSE LLOYD, by any deed shall direct, limit, or appoint; and the said parties, in consideration of 10s., grant and release to the said GEORGE LANGFORD, that part of the lands of Knockagh, containing 220 acres, with the bog: that part of Lisnavidoge, formerly held by HENRY JESSE LLOYD; that part of the bog of Manna and Lisnavidoge, containing 2 acres, in the barony of Eliogarty; Killough, Clontaffe, Skehanna other wise Skehane, and Faranagahill, in the baronies of Eliogarty and Ikerrin, and county of TIPPERARY: To hold, subject to the same conditions as the former lands.-Inrolled 13th March, 1838. 51. Deed, dated 4th April, 1838, between the Right Honorable JOHN HENRY, Earl of Clonmel, of North Aston, in the county of Oxford, of. the one part; and WILLIAM HARDEN BRADSHAW, of Summerville, in the county of Tipperary, of the other part: whereby the said Earl of Clonmel, in order to dock, bar, and extinguish all estates tail, in consideration of 10s., granted and released to said WILLIAM H. BRADSHAW, the fee farm rent of 6l. 13s. 4d., with 4 fat wethers as acates, or 20s. in lieu thereof, and 6d. in the pound, receiver's fees, out of the lands of Market Castle otherwise Castle Market, containing 410 acres, heretofore granted by JAMES, Duke of Ormond, and his brother Charles, Earl of Arran, under the provisions of several Acts of Parliament to THOMAS and JAMES MEDLICOTT, by indenture bearing date the 28th November, 1701, in the barony of Fassadining, and county of KILKENNY;� also a fee farm rent of 50l. 16s. 8d., with 2 beeves and 2 wethers as acates, or 31. 10s. in lieu thereof, with 6d. in the pound, receiver's salary, out of the lands of Ardcollum otherwise Dovehill, Tullodovane other wise Tulloduane, Accrebought, Ballaght-Derry, Bennegarragh otherwise Baungarragh, part left out of Carrick-Park, and Ballynorane otherwise Ballymoran, granted also by the said Duke of Ormond to THOMAS NEWCOMEN, by deed of 14th October, 17 l l ; Seskin, Lisnearly, and Keppanelly, containing 583 acres, plantation measure, with the tithes, in the barony of Iffa and Offa, and county of TIPPERARY ;�Garryduffe, Beneard, Knockferry, and Garranlea otherwise Garranleagh, in same county; Pullough, and Market Castle otherwise Castle Market, in the county of Kilkenny : To hold in trust, for the use of such persons as the said John Henry, Earl of Clonmel, by any deed or instrument shall direct, limit, or appoint.�Inrolled 27th April, 1838. 52. Deed, dated 30th March, 1838, between ROBERT GEORGE MASSEY, of Wood House, near Didmartin, in Gloucestershire, of the one part; and the Rev. HANS BUTLER, of Lismore, in the county of Waterford, of the other part: whereby the said ROBERT GEORGE MASSEY, in order to dock, bar, and extinguish all estates tail and remainders, arising under the limitations of the will of the Right Honorable Hugh, Baron MASSEY, bearing date the 26th September, 1787, in consideration of 10s., granted and released to the said Hans Butler, the undivided moiety of the lands of Foulkstown and Saucestown (now called Arbour hill), Clonbrogan and Mogerbane, containing 350 acres, bounded on the south with the road leading from Colnbrogan to Cashel; west, with the road from Mobarnane to Thurles; north, with Mr. TAYLOR'S land, called Ballygrehany; and on the east by Foulkstown Curragh, formerly in pos session of WILLIAM WINSLOW, and the other part of Clonbrogan, formerly set to SOLOMON WATSON, in the barony of Middlethird, in the county of Tipperary : To hold in trust, for the use of the said ROBERT GEORGE MASSEY, his heirs and assigns for ever.�Inrolled 2nd May, 1838. 53. Deed, dated 24th May, 1838, between EDWARD LABARTE, of Clonmel, in the county of Tipperary, of the one part; and WILLIAM ACHESON, of said town, of the other part: whereby the said EDWARD LABARTE, in order to dock, bar, and extinguish all estates tail, in consideration of 10s., granted and released to said WILLIAM ACHESON, a stone house slated, with a thatched house back ward, sometimes a common oven, at the end whereof are waste walls, a stone house slated be twixt that and the front house, now in the possession of JOHN MOORE, or his under-tenant, in High street, in the parish of St. Mary's, in the town of Clonmel, and county of Tipperary : To hold in trust, for the use of the said EDWARD LABART, his heirs and assigns for ever.� Inrolled 25th May, 1838. 54. Deed, dated 9th May, 1838, between WRIGHT. WILLIAM WRIGHT, of Killaghy Castle, in the county of Tipperary, and Catherine, his wife, of the first part; JOHN CORNWALL, of Rutland square, in the city of Dublin, of the second part; and the Rev. GARRETT WALL, the Rev. CHARLES WILLIAM WALL, and RICHARD HEMPHILL, of the third part: whereby, in order to make a valid and good title under a certain decree in the cause of WALL V. DESPARD, bearing date the 12th November, 1834; and also in pursuance of a consent in said cause, and in consideration of 10s., the said WILLIAM and CATHERINE WRIGHT, by this present deed deter mined and made void all and every the uses, trusts, estates, powers, provisoes, and limitations, named, created, declared, and limited in a certain indenture, bearing date the 18th July, 1837; and in pursuance of the statute for abolishing fines and recoveries, granted and released to said JOHN CORNWALL, the town and lands of Mullinahone, Classakenny, and Curraghlissanisky, and also that part of the lands of Mullinahone, formerly in the possession of PETER RYAN, called Gurtclassagh; more in the same held by lease, by way of renewal, from Sir Riggs Falkner, Bart., bearing date the 7th May, 1836; Killaghy, with its subdenominations, called the House Quarter and Meadows, Scott's farm, and that part called Gurteen, in the barony of Sliveardagh and Compsey, and county of Tipperary: To hold said lands and premises, in trust, to the said JOHN CORNWALL, subject to the payment of the several sums, principal, interest, and costs, in said consent mentioned, to be paid by said WILLIAM WRIGHT, or be discharged out of the produce of the sale of said lands; and that the sum of 2,2971. 4s. 4d., the reduced demands of the plaintiffs in said cause, shall carry interest at 6 per cent. from the 10th June, 1837; and also that the sum of 500l. shall carry interest at the same rate; and that the said JOHN CORNWALL shall stand seized of said lands, for the several trusts and provisoes in said deed mentioned.� Inrolled 30th June, 1838. 55. Deed, dated 4th July, 1838, between WALTER HENRY MANSFIELD, of the first part; JOHN ALEXANDER MANSFIELD, both of Yeomanstown, in the county of Kildare, of the second part; ALEXANDER MANSFIELD, of Morristown, Latten, in said county, of the third part; and JOHN JOSEPH BRADY, of Great Charles-street, in the county of Dublin, of the fourth part: whereby the said JOHN ALEXANDER MANSFIELD, in order to bar, dock, and defeat all estates tail arising under a certain marriage settlement, bearing date the 19th July, 1813, with the consent of the said WALTER HENRY, and ALEXANDER MANSFIELD, in consideration of 10s. to each, granted and released to said JOHN JOSEPH BRADY, the town and lands of Rathgormuck, called the House quarter, Rathgormuck, Monenedihy, Graigevally, Curraghduffe, and part of Knockanenotfrine, with the commons, in the barony of Upper third, and county of WATER ford ;-a stone house slated, with a back stone house slated, and a back thatched house, with a garden to the river, in High-street, in the town of Carrick- on-Suir; a hill between Mr. WADDING'S holding and the mill in Bridge-street, with a potatoe garden, called New Park, containing about 2 acres and 2 roods, on the east side of Fathard Booter, in the liberties of Carrick, formerly demised by JAMES, Duke of Ormond, to LAMBERT WOULFE, by lease, bearing date the 20th July, 1699; Ballyderry, that part of the lands of Ballynoran called Dove Hill, containing 56 acres 3 roods and 12 perches, in the eastern division of the barony of Iffa and Offa, and demised by THOMAS NEWCOMEN to GARRETT WALL, by lease, bearing date the 28th September, 1771; 2 slate houses, with back houses and yards, formerly set by JOHN NEILL to MATTHEW WOULFE, in the town of Carrick- on-Suir, as formerly demised by JOHN BRISCOE to CHARLES MATTHEW, by lease, bearing date 25th December, 1773; also the several houses in Bridge-lane called Mardyke, with a dwelling-house and concerns in said lane, as demised by MICHAEL WALSH to WALTER WOULFE, by lease, bearing date 29th April, 1794, in the barony of Iffa and Offa; a plot of ground north of MICHAEL NOWLAN's dwelling-house, containing 24 feet in length, and 5 feet 6 inches in breadth, as demised by said MICHAEL NOWLAN to WALTER WOULFE, by lease, bearing date the 30th April, 1794, in said town, and county of TIPPERARY: To hold said lands and premises, discharged of all estates tail, according to their several estates there in, to such ends, intents, and purposes as the said WALTER H. and JOHN A. MANSFIELD shall, by any deed, direct, limit, or appoint, without prejudice to the life estate of the said WALTER H. MANSFIELD, and the same power and privileges belonging to him previous to the execution of these presents, and after his decease to the said JOHN ALEXANDER MANSFIELD, his heirs and assigns for ever.�Inrolled 10th July, 1838. 56. Deed, dated 28th February, 1838, between JOHN POWER, of Gurteen, in the county of Water ford, of the one part; and RICHARD LALOR SHEIL, of Long Orchard, in the county of Tipperary, of the other part: whereby the said JOHN POWER, eldest son of EDMOND POWER, late of Gurteen, in order to bar, dock, and defeat all estates tail and remainders, arising under and by virtue of the will of WILLIAM POWER, late of Ballydine, in the county of Tipperary, in consideration of 10s., granted and released to the said RICHARD LALOR SHEIL, the town and lands of Cullenagh Public House, and the demense of Four Mile Water, Upper and Lower Toucarra, Coolepeason, Barmarnaskenane, Killgreeney, Knockmeale, being part of the lands of Cullenagh, in the county of Waterford D : To hold in trust, for the use of the said JOHN POWER, his heirs and assigns for ever, �Inrolled 18th July, 1838. 57. Deed, dated 20th August, 1838, between RICHARD WILLIAM MONSELL, of Slevire, in the county of Tipperary, of the one part; and ROBERT DALY, of the city of Dublin, of the other part: whereby, in order to bar, dock, and extinguish all estates tail, arising under the will of THOMAS MONSELL, of Redwood, bearing date 22nd October, 1830, the said Richard WILLIAM MONSELL, in consideration of 10s., granted and released to said ROBERT DALY, the towns and lands of Kilkip and Curraghduffe, in the barony of Eliogarty and Ikerrin, and county of Tipperary : To hold said lands in trust, for the use of said RICHARD WILLIAM MONSELL, his heirs and assigns for ever.�Inrolled 22nd August, 1838. 58. Deed, dated 9th August, 1838, between the Right Hon. CORNWALLIS, Lord Viscount HAWARDEN, of the first part; the Hon. CORNWALLIS MAUDE, of the second part; and HENRY WHITTAKER, of the third part: whereby the said CORNWALLIS MAUDE, in order to bar, dock, and defeat all estates tail, as well under the will of JAMES RALPH, late Lord Viscount HAWARDEN, bearing date the 21st day of March, 1804, and codicil, bearing date the 27th, day of February, 1807, and also a certain indenture of settlement, bearing date the 29th day of May, 1813, and the said Viscount Hawarden, according to their several and respective interests, in consideration of 10s. to each, granted and re leased to said HENRY WHITTAKER, the manor of Dundrum otherwise Dondram, otherwise Drumdonagh, and the lands of Carrigeen, described as being formerly in the several tenures of JAMES BROWN and THOMAS RYAN; Carrownotragh and Carrowetragh, formerly in possession of ROBERT POTTER; Doouske Corteencrus, formerly in the tenure of TIMOTHY CROWAS; Gurney, formerly in the possession of THOMAS CONEY, TIMOTHY and DANIEL DWYER, JOHN JUCY, and DANIEL and JAMES RYAN; Gortarush, formerly the holding of THOMAS DENIVILLE; Rossemore, formerly the holding of THOMAS DWYER; Garryduffe, formerly in the several tenures of PHILIP DWYER and WILLIAM RYAN; Carrowkeel, formerly in the several tenures of TIMOTHY DWYER, THOMAS CARTER, and LAUGHLIN RYAN, known by the several subdenominations of Twoornerkery, Knockroe, and Gartard; Gortassa, heretofore the holding of Edmund English; Coolmissine, formerly in the several tenures of FRANCIS and ANTHONY FOULKES, and GABRIEL JODAN; Trichcloughery, formerly the holding of RICHARD FLOOD; Trichinskreen and Knockbrack, formerly in the tenure of HENRY GARFORTH; Garryory, formerly the holding of DAVID STYRE; Coolbane, formerly the holding of JAMES RUSSELL; SASSMAH, formerly the holding of JOHN RUSSELL; Attybrich, formerly the holding of WILLIAM KELLY; Ballintemple otherwise Lisnegiltsorough, Dory, and Ballyvillode, formerly in the several tenures of Grace Lader, JOHN SADLIER, and ROBERT BRADSHAW ; Graffenbegg, formerly in the tenure of EDMUND SADLIER; Clone, containing 200 acres, formerly held by STEPHEN SEXTON; Dundrum otherwise Drumdonagh, with the mills, markets, and fairs; also the lands of Ballymode, Rossinloyono, Draminaocuna, Gortunedowly Beallaghbryen, Gortefora, Goultamhard, and Gortnaghrannah, in the barony of Killnemanagh, and county of Tipperary: To hold said lands and premises, subject to the incumbrances, if any remain unsatisfied, and also to the trust of a term of 1000 years, created by said will, and the demense lands of Dundrum to the perpetual payment of 22l. annually to the poor of the united parishes of Outerleage, Killpatrick, Rathliny, Donaghill, and Clonoulty, in said county of Tipperary, discharged of all estates tail of the said CORNWALLIS MAUDE, but subject to such powers, provisoes, restrictions, and limitations as the said Lord Viscount and CORNWALLIS MAUDE, by any deed shall limit, direct or appoint, and in default of such limitation and appointment, to the several trusts, powers, declarations, and agreements which said manors, towns, and lands stood subject to, under and by virtue of the said will of THOMAS RALPH, late Lord Viscount Hawarden.� Inrolled 27th August, 1838. 59. Deed, dated 8th September, 1838, between WILLIAM PERRY, of Woodroffe, in the county of Tipperary, of the one part; and WILLIAM DUCKETT, of Upper Mount-street, in the city of Dublin, of the other part: whereby the said WILLIAM PERRY, in order to bar, dock, and defeat all estates tail and remainders, under the limitations in a certain deed, bearing date the 11th day of March, 1791, in consideration of 10s., granted and released to said WILLIAM DUCKETT, the dwelling-house and 500 acres of the demesne lands of Woodroffe; more in the same, containing 200 acres, being the residue of the demense lands; part of Carcanaught and Guscataline, part of Curranstown, with its subdenominations, part of Blackcastle and Kill, with the houses, premises, and gardens in and about the town of Clonmel, in the baronies of Iffa and Offa East and West, and county of TIPPERARY : To hold said lands and premises for the only use of said WILLIAM PERRY, his heirs and assigns for ever.�Inrolled 11th September, 1838. 60. Deed, dated 22nd October, 1838, between The Right Honorable Sir JOHN NEWPORT, New Park, in the county of Kilkenny, Bart., of the one part ; and WILLIAM MILWARD, of the city of Waterford, of the other part: whereby the said Sir JOHN NEWPORT, in order to bar, dock, and defeat all estates tail and remainders, and thereby the more effectually to carry into effect a certain deed of settlement, bearing date the 16th day of November, 1804, in consideration of 5s., granted and released to said WILLIAM MILWARD, the town and lands of Liskeveene otherwise Liskiveen, otherwise Lisquiveene, in the barony of Eliogarty, and county of TIPPERARY: To hold said lands, subject to the several uses of said deed of settlement particularly mentioned.�Inrolled 23rd November, 1838. 61. Deed, dated 20th November, 1838, between TERENCE CORNELIUS JOHN EGAN, of Houghton Hall, St. Ives, in the county of Huntingdon, of the one part; and JOHN STEPHEN DWYER, of Castletown, in the county of Dublin, of the other part: whereby, in order to bar, dock, and defeat all estates tail and cross remainders limited by the will of his father, HOWARD EGAN, late of Sutton, Coalfield, in the county of Warwick, bearing date the 25th day of May, 1807, the said TERENCE C. J. EGAN, in consideration of 5s., granted and released to said JOHN STEPHEN DWYER, the lands of Drinagh, Cruary, Sharrah, and Lisernan, Sharragh Wood, Rathnaginuana, the 50 acres of reclaimed bog adjoining, and part of Drinagh, and Cruary, the middle bog, the eastbog, the west bog, Rathnaginuana small bog, and Sharragh small bog, containing in all 1018 acres l rood and 30 perches, in the parishes of Lorha and Durrew; Ballincurrah or Ballincur, with the bog, containing 78 acres 3 roods and 15 perches, in the parish of Lorha; Sir Crove, containing 120 acres 3 roods and 30 perches, in the parish of Kilbarrow, in the barony of Lower Ormond, and county of Tipperary: To hold said lands and premises, for such trusts and purposes as the said TERENCE C. J. EGAN shall, by any deed, limit, direct or appoint, and in default of such appointment, to his heirs and assigns for ever.�Inrolled 8th December, 1838.
