SAUSE, and situate in New lane, then in the possession of James BURNETT and Henry MATHEW, and bounded as therein, together with the 3 houses on the west side of New lane, then in the possession of said James and Richard SAUSE, and their undertenants, and bounded as therein, together with four cabins at the South side of a lane situate at the west side of Lough street, in Carrick on Suir, then in the possession of David CAHILL and his undertenants, together with a strip of waste ground thereto adjoining, and the ridge or bank on which Tenters formerly stood, and the waste ground westward of said four cabins; which said strip of ground and ridge or bank, and said waste ground westward of said four cabins, was then in the possession of Pierse DOYLE and his undertenants, and on part of which premises said Pierse DOYLE had lately built 5 slated houses, together with the dwelling house, out houses, together with the dwelling house, out houses and premises situate at the North side of the West side of Lough street, aforesaid, on which said David CAHILL then resided. |
