The premises are therein described as the field formerly held by John LAMB, and then in the possession of Robert CASHEN and his under tenant John RYAN, bounded as therein and situate in the barony of Iffa and Offa and county of Tipperary. The last renewal, dated 24th Jan. 1788, is from Henry BRISCOE to John CARSHORE - the cestui qui vies therin named are John CARSHORE the lessee, and George CARSHORE and John CARSHORE, all of whom are long since dead, and there has been no subsequent renewal. The counterparts of said lease and renewal are not forthcoming, but certified copies will be handed to the purchaser. |
