CLEARY, MARY MARCH 25, 1841

In the Name of God Amen in the Year of our Lord one thousand 
eight hundred and forty one I Mary Cleary of Grange in the 
Parish of Lorha County Tipperary ........... Ormond being of 
sound mind and faculties do make this my last Will and 
Testament ffirst I do appoint James Cahalan as sole Executor 
I bequeath to James Connor the House and Acre of Ground 
exclusive of the room and ...... of said ground to his 
mother Anne Cleary whenever he ..... if it be his mother's 
wish I also bequeath to my Son James Cleary 1/2 and Acre and 
house I also give my car. to the said James Connor 
.......... I also give what effects in this house to sd Ann 
Cleary I bequeath 1/2 the fort(?) to sd James Connor and 1/2 
to Michl Cleary I bequeath my part of the funded property 
left to me by my Aunt Mary Butler of Tavestock Row Covent 
Garden London and Houses to my Son James Cleary to divide it 
upon..... his broth: Michl Cleary and my grandchildren James 
Admore Bridget Sullivan Margret Cavenagh and Mary Cavenagh 
the said James Connor is to have a headstone erected over 
his mother Dated this 25th day of March 1841 Mary Cleary X 
her Mark Witness James Cahalan _ Witness Michl Hogan _
