Ormond being of sound mind and faculties do make this my last Will and Testament ffirst I do appoint James Cahalan as sole Executor I bequeath to James Connor the House and Acre of Ground exclusive of the room and ...... of said ground to his mother Anne Cleary whenever he ..... if it be his mother's wish I also bequeath to my Son James Cleary 1/2 and Acre and house I also give my car. to the said James Connor ..........
