In the Name of God Amen I James Mansergh late a Major in His Majestys thirty second or Counsall Regiment of foot being in perfect health of body and of sound mind and memory thanks be given unto God do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament first I give and bequeath to my well beloved Brother Nicholas Southcote Mansergh of Grenane in the County of Tipperary Esquire the Sum of ten pounds Current and lawful Money of Ireland in case she survives after my decease but not otherwise I leave and bequeath to my well beloved Sister Elizabeth Mansergh of the City of Cashel Spinster the Sum of Seven hundred pounds Ster of like Current and lawful Money if living at my decease or her lawful Issue I leave and bequeath unto my natural Son James Mansergh by Ann Singleton his Mother the Sum of One hundred pounds Sterg of like current and lawful money of Ireland and it is my Will that my Executors hereinafter named shall lay out said Sum at Interest towards the support and Maintenance of my said natural Son until he shall be fit to be put to some Trade or Business as my said Executors shall think fit that my said Executors may then draw any part of said principal Sum of One hundred pounds that they may see necessary to be paid as an Apprentice fee with him And the remainder of said Sum being put to Interest I order and direct shall be paid him in full on his attaining his Age of twenty one Years And in case my said natural Son James before he attains his full Age of twenty one Years or is bound to any Trade or Business and that the said Ann Singleton his Mother may be living at his death then and in such case I order and direct that my said Executors hereinafter named shall be entitled to take up and receive such Principal And Interest as may be then due of said One hundred Pounds and out of said Sum pay the said Ann Singleton a Sum of ten Pounds Ster And hope my Executors will do the best they can for my said natural Son I leave and bequeath to my well beloved Brother Daniel Mansergh of the City of Cashel in the County of Tipperary Esquire the Reverend Bryan Mansergh of the Town of Tipperary Lieut George Mansergh of his Majesty's twenty second Regiment of foot the rest residue and remainder of all my Property of every kind both real and Personal be it what it may that I may die intitled to or possessed of And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my aforesaid Brothers Daniel Mansergh Bryan Mansergh and George Mansergh after my decease my Executor and To Heirs (?) to this my Will and Residuary Legatees intitled to receive the remainder of real and personal Property which I may die seized due to me at the time of my decease or intitled to and all Debts that may be due to me at the time of my decease Subject to the Payment of all my lawful Debts funeral Expences and the Legacies hereby bequeathed by me as above mentioned which residue and remainder of my said property not hereby disposed of I order and direct shall go in Gavel and be equally divided between my said Executors and Co Heirs Daniel Mansergh Bryan Mansergh and George Mansergh alike after Payment of my Just funeral Expences and the Legacies hereinbefore mentioned and in case any of my said Executors or Co Heirs should die before me without lawful issue that his or their Share of my Property to go to my surviving Co Heirs or Executors to be equally divided between the Survivors or the whole given to the Survivor if but one as the Event may happen And it is my Will and Pleasure that if any pf my said Co Heirs or Executors shall die leaving lawful Issue after him or them such Issue whether Males or females shall be intitled to their Share of the Property hereby bequeathed by me to their father And I do hereby revoke and disannul alland every other Will by me heretofore made ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty fifth Day of June One thousand Eight
