Waterford Wills

Will of EDMOND POWER of Garvally, Co. Tipperary, dated
22.6.1788 - wife MARY POWER alias KEATING; eldest son JOHN
£20 "and no more as I have already settled my freehold at
Cullinagh on him on his marriage with his wife MARY POWER
alias MIDDLETON; second son JEFFRY property in Cahir and
£100 a year; JEFFRY'S eldest daughter MARY ANN POWER £100;
JEFFRY'S eldest son EDMOND £400 at twenty-one; "my third
son EDMOND £20 and I have already given him what should
have been an ample provision"; REDMOND'S eldest son EDMOND
£200 and £50 a year; £300 to REDMOND'S other children; £300
bond to granddaughter MARGARET LALOR daughter of THOMAS
LALOR on her marriage or at age of twenty-one; £100 to
EDMOND LALOR, second son of Thomas LALOR; to grandsons Val
and EDMOND SMYTH the £200 due to me by their father
LAURENCE SMYTH at marriage or at age of twenty-one; to
daughter ELIZABETH, wife of said LAURENCE SMYTH £100; to
daughter Bridget, wife of said Thomas LALOR £100; "my
sister-in-law Miss BRIDGET KEATING to be exonerated from an
charges she may owe me. My sons-in-law THOMAS LALOR and
LAURENCE SMYTH to be executors and residuary legatees.

KEATING 17.12.1840. Admon of goods of WILLIAM KEATING of
Loughcloher, Co. Tipperary, to MICHAEL DOWER, Rathkeiran,
Co. Tipperary, uncle to children, minors. died 25.6.1840.

WALSH Admon. of goods and rights of RICHARD WALSH late of
Ahenny, Co. Tipperary, Farmer was granted to JOHN WALSH of
Kilmacoliver, Co. Waterford, Farmer, brother in law of said
deceased. 1.8.1808. Admon. of said deceased was granted to
ELINOR WALSH widow and relict of said deceased.

FENNESSY Will of ROBERT FENNESSY, Mortlestown, Co.
Tipperary, dated, 20.6.1801 - to wife CATHERINE one-third
of his property; to daughter MARGARET £100; to daughter
CATHERINE £100; to daughter Mary £5 "as Father THOMAS
ANGLIM will provide for her"; to daughter ELINOR KELLY alia
FENNESSY £50 remainder to his two sons EDWARD and RICHARD
when they reach twenty-five years. Proved 11.8.1801

MANSFIELD Administration of the goods etc. of MARTIN
MANSFIELD, late of Tullow, Co., Tipperary, granted to
CATHERINE DUNN als. MANSFIELD, lawful sister of deceased,
20.2.1792.
