Will: Walsh, Samuel July 20, 1774 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Tipperary Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com May 6, 2018, 1:37 pm WALSH, SAMUEL JULY 20, 1774 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: July 20, 1774 Recorded: May 6, 2018 Extracted from her Majesty's Court of Prerogative in Ireland In the Name of God Amen I Samuel Walsh of Kilesoly in the County Tiperary being sound in Mind and Memory do make my last Will and Testament in manner following first I leave to Richard Walsh Eldest Son of the late John Walsh one shilling and no more hereby debarring him of any further Claim whatsoever to any of my Property I leave to the Right Honourable the Countess of Kerry my Pink Ring set with White Diamonds I leave to my Sister in Law Barbara Walsh my Watch and all my Trinkets I leave to my Brother Philip Walsh my large Topaz Ring I leave to my Sister Mary Butler my Saphire Ring I leave my time of my Apprentice John Twinbull to my Brother Philip Walsh I leave all my old Cloaths to my said Apprentice to be sold for his use when out of his time provided he serves his time as directed above otherwise not I do not think it worth while troubling any friend with being Executor this being done only by way of Memorandy thereby to show how I would chuse to dispose of my Trinkets Saml Walsh signed and sealed in presence of Edmd Fogarty.
