This woman was brought into the yard of her house by three bailiffs, off her sick bed. They caught the sheets of the bed by the corners, and in this mode carried her into the open air. Our informant states that she as a miserable spectacle of the ravages of a wasting sickness, and had so wretched an appearance that Mr. Gason, the executioner of the law, directed that she be brought back to her bed, and allowed to remain under the shelter of her own roof.
