In the Name of God Amen I Farrell O'Reilly M.D. of Mullingar 
do make this my last Will & Testament I Will and bequeath 
unto the very Revd Farrell Sheridan and the Revd Francis 
O'Farrell both of Granard and unto my brother in law James 
Sheridan of Drumhalry and his son Patrick Sheridan and unto 
my brother Thomas O'Reilly and his son Thos O'Reilly Junr 
both of ....aghan all my Property of every denomination upon 
trust for the following uses & purposes I Will that the 
yearly income rents issues dividends or profits of all my 
property be divided into five even and equal parts to be 
paid half yearly at the most convenient period after falling 
due say February and August to each of my five nephews as 
undermentioned share & share alike I Will one fifth part of 
the said yearly income to Edmund O'Reilly one fifth part to 
John O'Reilly one fifth part to Charles O'Reilly one fifth 
part to Hugh O'Reilly sons of the said Thomas O'Reilly my 
brother & the remaining fifth part to Farrell Sheridan son 
of the said Jas Sheridan to be by them enjoyed during the 
period of their natural lives and after the decease of each 
to their eldest male issue respectively of each and in 
default of such male issues such share to revert to the 
remaining legatees or their eldest male issue to be divided 
equally every half yearly term among them And I do hereby 
constitute and appoint the Very Revd Farrell Sheridan and 
the said James Sheridan Executors of this my last Will and 
Testament or in the event of their decease the said  Revd 
Francis O'Farrell & the said Patrick Sheridan his executors 
or assigns Signed sealed and published at Mullingar this 
ninth day of Jany 1846 Farrell O'Reilly In presence of as 
witnesses Patrick Nooney _Thomas Curran The last Will & 
Testament Farrell O'Reilly late of Mullingar in the County 
of Westmeath M.D. deceased having and so forth was proved in 
common form of Law and Probate thereof granted by the Most 
Reverend father in God John George and so forth unto the 
Very Revd Farrell Sheridan of Granard in the County of 
Longford Clk and James Sheridan of Drumholdrey in the said 
County Gent the executors named in said Will they being 
first sworn personally saving and so forth Dated the twenty 
second day of July 1847 M Keatinge & A J Hawkins D. Reg.
Proved at London 26 August 1847 to the Very Revd Farrell 
Sheridan the surviving Executor
26 August 1850 further grant to Reverend Francis O'Farrell 
and the Reverend Patrick Sheridan
