Deed, dated 11th May, 1836, between JOHN BEAUMAN, of Hyde Park, in the county of Wexford, and JANE, his wife, of the one part; and PHILIP WOODROOFE, of Lower Mount-street, in the city of Dublin, of the other part: whereby, for the purpose of barring and destroying all estates tail, in consideration of 10s., said JOHN BEAUMAN granted, sold, and assigned to said PHILIP WOODROOFE, the town and lands of Crandaroge, Tommekely, Tincurra, Ballymacka, Kilybrignet, Upper and Lower Moycole otherwise Hyde Park, Aughulhen, Crane's plot, in the town of Coolgreny, in the barony of Gorey, and county of Wexford ; Cookstown, Crandaniel, and Tinneru, in the barony of Ballaghkeene, same county;-a messuage, house, or tenement, with the two plots of ground, in the town of Arklow, in the county of Wicklow : To hold in trust for the use of the said JOHN BEAUMAN, his heirs and assigns for ever.-Inrolled 11th May, 1836. 14. Deed, dated 14th June, 1836, between NICHOLAS FITZGERALD, and DOROTHEA, his wife, both of the town of Wexford, of the first part; DOROTHEA FITZGERALD, and SARAH FRANCES FITZGERALD, spinsters, of the second part; and GEORGE HENRY JACOB, of the third part: whereby, for the purpose of barring and extinguishing all estates tail, and in consideration of 5s., the said DOROTHEA and Sarah Frances Fitzgerald granted, sold, and confirmed to the said GEORGE HENRY JACOB, the town and lands of Gortnaging otherwise Gortnaquiggy, in the parish of Arboe; and Gortnaglough and Ballygittle, in the parish of Clonoe, barony of Dungannon, and county of Tyrone: To hold in trust for the uses and purposes in said deed mentioned.- Inrolled 22nd June, 1836. 15. Deed, dated 18th June, 1836, between MARTIN TIMMONS, of the city of Dublin, and ANNE, his wife, of the one part; and M'CARTHY Colclough, of Enniskillen, in the county of Fermanagh, and Beauchamp Urquhart Colclough, of Newtownbarry, in the county of Wexford, of the other part: whereby, for the purpose of barring and extinguishing all estates tail, in consideration of 10s., said MARTIN and ANNE TIMMONS granted, sold, and confirmed to the said M. Carthy and Beauchamp Urquhart Colclough, the one undivided fifth part of one undivided moiety of the following lands and premises; Munganstown, containing 326 acres, in the barony of Farbill, and county of WESTMEATH;-the dwelling-house, brew house, and malt-house on the Poddle-water, and New-row, in the liberties of Thomas-court and Donore, and county of Dublin;-the messuage and garden in Patrick-street, together with a plot of ground in said street, and the several plots of ground in Golden-lane, on which are built 5 houses, situate in the city of DUBLIN ;–Kilcrocats, Harwood, in the barony of Moyferma, and county of MEATH ;-tenements in the west side of Newstreet, in the city of DUBLIN ; and in the sum of 1,492/. 0s. 10d., Government 3% per cent., now in the Bank of Ireland, to the credit of the Commissioners of Wide Streets, and HENRY and BEAUCHAMP COLCLOUGH : To hold to the said M'CARTHY and BEAUCHAMP U. COLCLOUGH in trust, for the several uses and subject to conditions in said deed mentioned.-Inrolled 23rd June, 1836. 16. Deed, dated 8th June, 1836, between the Reverend CASTOR CLEMENTS, of Lifford, in the county of Donegal, and MARGERY ANN, his wife, of the one part; and NICHOLAS GOODALL, of Moatpark, in the county of Wexford, of the other part: whereby, in consideration of the sums of 800l., and 5s., and for the purpose of barring all estates tail, the said CASTOR CLEMENTS and MARGERY ANN, his wife, granted, sold, and assigned to the said NICHOLAS GOODALL, the town and lands of Levahey, containing 52 acres, in the parish of Dorryvolin, barony of Tyrkennedy, and county of FERMANAGH : To hold to the said NICHOLAS GOODALL, his heirs and assigns for ever.- Inrolled 28th July, 1836. 17. 256.-Deed, dated 30th April, 1836, between WALTER HORE, of Harperstown, in the county of Wexford, of the first part; WILLIAM HORE, of the second part; the Right Honorable James, Lord Ruthven, of Freeland-house, North Britain, SAMUEL HORE, of Lamberton, in the county of Wicklow, of the third part; and BENJAMIN VICARY, of the town of Wexford, of the fourth part: whereby, for the purpose of barring, docking, and extinguishing all estates tail, and in consideration of 10s., the said WALTER and WILLIAM HORE, ranted, bargained, and confirmed to the said BENJAMIN VICARY, the town and lands of Harperstown, Taghman, and its sub-denominations; part of Clonerane, Pattmarle, and Cloughculleta; the lands of Traceystown, Woortown, Hightown, Waddingtown, Aughnegan, part of Drinagh, part of Rochestown, and Muchmead, in Arpunestown, 4 acres, situate in the county of Wexford: To hold to the said BENJAMIN VICARY, for the several uses, intents, and purposes in said deed expressed and declared.- Inrolled 23rd August, 1836. 18. Deed, dated 19th May, 1836, between WILLIAM MADDEN GLASCOTT, of Pilltown, in the county of Wexford, of the one part; and JOHN GLASCOTT the elder, of Banna Lodge, in said county, and JOHN GLASCOTT, the younger, of Leeson-street, in the county of Dublin, of the other part: whereby, in consideration of an intended marriage between t he said WILLIAM MADDEN GLASCOTT, and ELIZABETH HARRIETT LUCY BOYD, and in order to destroy all estates tail, and in consideration of 10s., the said WILLIAM MADDEN GLASCOTT granted, sold, and assigned to the said John Glascott the elder and younger, the town and lands of Glinn, Rosbercon, Chilcomb, Bulgersland, Raheen Hop Marsh, Garron Beahy, and Dunket, in the county of KILKENNY;-Bishop's Court, Friary Abbey, and Stephen's Meadows, in the liberties of New Ross; Old Court, Ballykelly, Knocka, Knockanasa, Polemalow, and White Church, in the county of Wexford : To hold in trust, for the uses of a certain deed of marriage settlement, bearing equal date herewith.-Inrolled 25th August, 1836. 19. Deed, dated 31st October, 1836, between WILLIAM JOHNSON, of Oldtown, in the county of Wicklow, and RACHAEL, his wife, of the one part; and JOHN WILSON BARLOW, of Upper Merrion- street, in the city of Dublin, of the other part: whereby, for the purpose of barring and extinguishing all estates tail, and all right to dower of said RACHAEL, said WILLIAM JOHNSON, and RACHAEL, his wife, granted, sold, and confirmed to said JOHN WILSON BARLOW, a moiety of the rectory and parsonage of Arklow and Kilmageoge, counties of Wexford and Wicklow, with a moiety of one moiety of the tithes, oblations, obventions, glebes, and other privileges; a moiety of a weir, and right of fishing in the manor and river of Arklow; a moiety of the Abbey lands of Arklow, known as the monastery lands, containing 67 acres: To hold in trust, to the use of said WILLIAM JOHNSON.-Inrolled 9th November, 1836. 21. Deed, dated 17th October, 1836, between WILLIAM PEMBERTON PIGOTT, of Slevoy Castle, in the county of Wexford, of the first part; GEORGE POWELL PIGOTT, of same place, of the second part; and CAESAR SUTTON, of Long Graig, and DAVID BEATTY, of Borodale, both in said county of Wexford, of the third part: whereby, for the purpose of barring and extinguishing all estates tail, and in consideration of 10s., said WILLIAM PEMBERTON PIGOTT, and GEORGE POWELL PIGOTT, granted, sold, and confirmed unto said CAESAR SUTTON and DAVID BEATTY, the lands of the three Balgans otherwise Bulgans, otherwise Bulgins, otherwise Bulgaureagh, containing 350 acres, in the barony of Bantry, and county of Wexford -Great and Little Balnabarna, containing 225 acres, in the barony of Moycashell, and county of Westmeath. To hold to and for the several uses, intents, and purposes declared, limited, and appointed in and by a certain indenture of release, dated the 3rd July, 1834.-Inrolled 11th November, 1836. 22. 314.-Deed, dated 26th November, 1836, between CHARLES ROBERT FRIZELL, of Stapolem, in the county of Dublin, of the first part; RICHARD FRAZER FRIZELL, of the same, of the second part; and DANIEL FREDERICK BRADY, of Dominick-street, in the city of Dublin, of the third part: whereby, for the purpose of docking and extinguishing all estates tail, created by the will of RICHARD FRIZELL, bearing date 11th April, 1804, and in consideration of 10s., said CHARLES R., and RICHARD F. FRIZELL, granted, sold, and assigned to the said DANIEL F.
