A bill of clothing, amount £3.7.4.. was supplied to Mrs Mary DEVEREUX and eight children for their outfit and expenses as emigrants to America, and sanctioned by the Commissioners in their sealed order, dated 2nd Nov. last, was considered by the board, and they consented to pay same upon receiving the Commissioners sealed order permitting them to do so. The emigrants were chargeable to the electoral division of Enniscorthy. The Chairman read a communication from Dr. Biggs, stating that a man named Phillip DOYLE, of Rathroe, Fethard, was not in a fit state to be removed to the Workhouse in this very severe weather. Ordered-That he get 5/. per week, and the Relieving Officer to report weekly.
